 I have a friend, who feels that God has lost its programming. He talks of losing all the time. Whenever there is an argument, he gives up his arms and says 'Brother you win'. If someone does evil to him, then instead of getting angry, he says' Karo loo bad, everybody does the same to me. I am used to it now. ' Someone takes away his right and he says' You just be happy. What is mine, I will do my job. Such people do not fight for victory. Their words make it seem as if they are saying, 'Get on with me as you wish', 'Climb your feet, I am used to suffering', 'I am a loser', 'I always lose', 'I want peace.' 'I am willing to do anything to maintain peace.' There is no demand or expectation of such people. Neither does he have a future vision. They show readiness to satisfy and please others. They feel that they are winning the hearts of others by doing everything. They are making a good image in their mind, they are good and innocent people, but it is wrong. In this way you are only doing your loss. It happens here that a person with a losing mentality bury many emotions within himself and latent feelings never die. They remain alive and later emerge in different ways. Such people have psychosomatic diseases (especially respiratory, nervous or circulatory diseases). These diseases are caused by jealousy, deep despair or disillusionment accumulated over the years. Which is suppressed over the years because of the losing mentality. Too much reaction to small matter, blaming oneself, sudden crying and crying are also symptoms. People who constantly suppress their emotions, who tend to move to higher levels of meaningfulness, find that it adversely affects their quality of self-esteem.

मेरा एक मित्र है, जिसे देखकर लगता है कि भगवान ने इसकी प्रोग्रामिंग ही हारने की कर रखी है। वह हर वक़्त हारने की बात करता है। जब भी कोई बहस होती है, वह हथियार डाल देता है और कहता है 'भाई तुम जीते'. कोई उसके साथ बुरा करता है, तो वह गुस्सा होने के बजाय कहता है कि 'कर लो यार बुरा, सभी मेरे साथ ऐसा ही करते हैं। मुझे अब इसकी आदत हो गयी है।' कोई उसका हक छीन ले जाता है और वह कहता है कि 'तुम बस खुश रहो। मेरा क्या है, मैं अपना काम चला लूंगा।' ऐसे लोग जीत के लिए संघर्ष ही नहीं करते। उनकी बातों से लगता है कि मानो वे कह रहे हों, 'मेरे साथ मनचाहा सुलूक कीजिये','मुझ पर पैर रखकर चढ़ जाइये, मुझे दर्द सहने की आदत है','मैं हारनेवाला हूँ','मैं हमेशा ही हारता हूँ','मैं शांति चाहता हूँ।' 'शांति बनाए रखने के लिए मैं कुछ भी करने को तैयार हूँ।' ऐसे लोगों की कोई मांग या अपेक्षा नहीं होती। न ही उनकी भविष्य दृष्टि होती है। वे दूसरों को संतुष्ट व खुश करने में तत्परता दिखाते हैं। इन्हें लगता है कि वे हर कर , दूसरों का दिल जीत रहे हैं। उनके दिमाग में अपनी अच्छी छवि बना रहे हैं, वे अच्छे व भोले इंसान हैं, लेकिन यह गलत है। इस तरह आप केवल अपना नुकसान कर रहे हैं। यहां होता यह है कि हारने की मानसिकता वाले व्यक्ति बहुत-सी भावनाओं को अपने भीतर दफन कर लेते हैं और अव्यक्त भावनाएं कभी नहीं मरतीं। वे ज़िंदा दफन रहती हैं तथा बाद में भदे तरीकों से सामने आती है। ऐसे लोगों को मनोदैहिक रोग (खासकर श्वांस संबंधी, नर्वस या रक्त संचार तंत्र संबंधी रोग) होते हैं। ये रोग सालों से जमा की हुई ईर्ष्या, गहरी निराशा या मोहभंग के कारण होते हैं। जो हारने की मानसिकता की वजह से सालों-साल दबायी जाती है। छोटी सी बात पर बहुत ज्यादा प्रतिक्रिया, खुद को दोष देना, अचानक फूट-फूट कर रोने लगना भी इसके लक्षण हैं। जो लोग लगातार अपनी भावनाओं को दबाते रहते हैं, जो भावनाओं को सार्थकता के अधिक उच्च स्तर तक हीं ले जाते, वे पाते हैं कि इससे उनकी आत्मसम्मान की गुणवत्ता पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है।

 शिक्षा:-

💐 हमेशा जीतना भी ठीक नहीं है और हमेशा हारना भी ठीक नहीं है। जीत और हार दोनो में बैलेंस बना कर रखेंगे, तो ही आप खुश रह पाएंगे।

 Today is Teachers' Day. On YouTube, Film City has uploaded a very cute short film on the relationship between Indian teachers and students. It shows Doctor Vijay, who has an elderly woman patient, who suffers from knee pain. Husband has passed. When she asks in front of the doctor, the doctor remembers all the things about her childhood. This elderly woman was actually her math teacher during school days. During the school days, when Doctor Vijay's marks are less, the Math teacher asks him the reason for this.
