           One of my friends has written on WhatsApp status, 'Those who don't say thanks for small things, don't say thanks for big things also.'  This line of his kept roaming in my mind for a long time and amidst all this I remembered 'Thanks Giving Prayer'.  When I was young, I used to have a Christian friend.  One day when I went to her house, Aunty offered dinner.  Before starting the meal, all the family members folded hands and muttered something in their hearts.  After the food was over, I asked my friend in private that what do you all say by closing your eyes?  He said that we say thanks to God for everything.  I asked why do you say?  So he called his mother.  Aunty said that not only before eating food, but also in the morning and at night, we should say thanks to God.  The life that we have got is due to him.  Family, friends, job, food, all these have been given by him.  This prayer makes us kind, calm, happy, contented person.  Makes a person who loves everything and gives love to everyone.

समय' को लेकर लोगों की अपनी-अपनी परेशानियां होती हैं। कोई  काम में इतना व्यस्त है कि उसे लगता है 'समय भाग रहा है' और उसके पास किसी के लिए समय नहीं है, तो कोई किसी चीज का इस कदर बेसब्री से इंतजार करता है कि उसे लगता है 'समय रुक-सा गया है।' इस समस्या से बचने का एक तरीका है कि समय के साथ चलें। न ज्यादा तेज और न ज्यादा धीमे। एक बहुत फेमस गाना है, 'आनेवाला पल जानेवाला है, हो सके तो इसमें ज़िंदगी बिता दो, पल जो ये जानेवाला है....' इस गाने में समय के महत्व को समझाया गया है। जिंदगी की भागदौड़ में हम इतने व्यस्त हो जाते हैं कि हम अपने दोस्तों, रिश्तेदारों को नजरअंदाज करने लगते हैं। समय गुजरता जाता है और हम भी रूटीन लाइफ जीते जाते हैं। लेकिन जब ज़िंदगी की शाम ढलने लगती है और हम ज़िंदगी की किताब के पन्ने उलटते हैं, तो फिर सोचते रह जाते हैं कि काश उन लम्हों को अच्छे-से जी लिया होता। उस वक्त आपके पास सिवाय पछतावे के और कुछ नहीं बचता। इसलिए अभी से ज़िंदगी के हर लम्हे को पूरी मस्ती, तजगी और ज़िंदादिली से जियें। यह याद रखें कि समय कभी किसी के लिए नहीं रुका है। कब, क्या हो जाये, कोई नहीं कह सकता। इसलिए सभी से प्यार करें। उनकी मदद करें, उन्हें थैंक्यू कहें, उनसे मिलने का वक़्त निकालें। यदि आप इन चीजों को अपनायेंगे, तो यकीन मानिए, आपकी ज़िंदगी में बाहार आ जायेगी।

       'समय' को लेकर लोगों की अपनी-अपनी परेशानियां होती हैं। कोई  काम में इतना व्यस्त है कि उसे लगता है 'समय भाग रहा है' और उसके पास किसी के लिए समय नहीं है, तो कोई किसी चीज का इस कदर बेसब्री से इंतजार करता है कि उसे लगता है 'समय रुक-सा गया है।' इस समस्या से बचने का एक तरीका है कि समय के साथ चलें। न ज्यादा तेज और न ज्यादा धीमे। एक बहुत फेमस गाना है, 'आनेवाला पल जानेवाला है, हो सके तो इसमें ज़िंदगी बिता दो, पल जो ये जानेवाला है....' इस गाने में समय के महत्व को समझाया गया है। जिंदगी की भागदौड़ में हम इतने व्यस्त हो जाते हैं कि हम अपने दोस्तों, रिश्तेदारों को नजरअंदाज करने लगते हैं। समय गुजरता जाता है और हम भी रूटीन लाइफ जीते जाते हैं। लेकिन जब ज़िंदगी की शाम ढलने लगती है और हम ज़िंदगी की किताब के पन्ने उलटते हैं, तो फिर सोचते रह जाते हैं कि काश उन लम्हों को अच्छे-से जी लिया होता। उस वक्त आपके पास सिवाय पछतावे के और कुछ नहीं बचता। इसलिए अभी से ज़िंदगी के हर लम्हे को पूरी मस्ती, तजगी और ज़िंदादिली से जियें। यह याद रखें कि समय कभी किसी के लिए नहीं रुका है। कब, क्या हो जाये, कोई नहीं कह सकता। इसलिए सभी से प्यार करें। उनकी मदद करें, उन्हें थैंक्यू कहें, उनसे मिलने का वक़्त निकालें। यदि आप इन चीजों को अपनायेंगे, तो यकीन मानिए, आपकी ज़िंदगी में बाहार आ जायेगी। 

               अब बात करते हैं, उन लोगों की जिन्हें लगता है कि समय रुक-सा गया है। ऐसा उन लोगों के साथ होता है, जो किसी चीज का बेसब्री से इंतजार करते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, आपका कोई प्रिय व्यक्ति कुछ महीनें बाद आने वाला है और आपकी उल्टी गिनती चालू है कि वह दिन कब आयेगा। आपने नौकरी के लिए अप्लाई किया है और कुछ महीनों बाद जवाब देने का वादा आपसे किया गया है। ऐसे में जब आप दिनभर उसी चीज के बारे में सोचते हैं, तो आपको लगता है कि समय आगे नहीं बढ़ रहा है। दोस्तों, खुद को इस सोच से बाहर निकालें। अपने आप को व्यस्त कर लें। कोई ऐसा काम करे, जो आपका फेवरेट हो

Learn the art of handling time.

People have their own problems regarding time.  Some are so busy with work that they feel 'time is running out' and have no time for anything, while some wait for something so eagerly that they feel 'time has stopped'.  '  One way to avoid this problem is to move with the times.  Neither too fast nor too slow.  There is a very famous song, 'Aanewala Pal Jaanewala Hai, Ho Sakse To Me Zindagi Bita Do, Pal Jo Yeh Jaanewala Hai....' The importance of time has been explained in this song.  We get so busy in the rush of life that we start ignoring our friends and relatives.  Time passes and we also lead a routine life.  But when the evening of life begins to fall and we turn the pages of the book of life, then we keep thinking that I wish I had lived those moments better.  At that time you have nothing left except regret.  That's why from now on live every moment of life with full fun, freshness and exhilaration.  Remember that time never stopped for anyone.  No one can say when, what will happen.  That's why love everyone.  Help them out, thank them, make time to see them.  If you adopt these things, then believe me, the spring will come in your life.
