You cannot befriend someone forcibly.

A friend of mine got into a fight with someone. He got a little worried about the fight. He thought that by talking to this person on Facebook, this quarrel would be resolved.           एक दिन फेसबुक पर परिवार के लोगों से जब चर्चा छिड़ी, तो किसी ने उससे पूछा, 'तुम क्या करते हो, जब कोई फेसबुक चैट पर आकर तुम्हें परेशान करता है या झगड़ा करता है?' दोस्त ने बिना देर किये कहा, 'जिससे भी मेरी चैट पर नहीं बनती, बहस होती है, उसे मैं तुरंत ब्लॉक कर देता हूँ।' सामनेवाले ने पूछा, 'जिन्हें तुम अनफ़्रेंड करते होगे या ब्लॉक करते होगे, उन्हें तो बुरा लगता होगा।' दोस्त ने कहा, 'इसमें मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ। जो मुझे पसंद नहीं आयेगा, उसे ब्लॉक करना मेरा हक है।' सामनेवाले ने कहा, 'जब तुम किसी को ब्लॉक करना अपना हक समझते हो, तो सामनेवाले के ब्लॉक करने पर इतना गुस्सा क्यों आया कि अपना एकाउंट ही डिलीट कर दिया?'

               दोस्त को उसकी गलती समझ में आयी। वह अब जान गया था कि हर इंसान को उसकी ज़िंदगी जीने का, उसके दोस्त चुनने का हक है। आप किसी से जबरदस्ती दोस्ती नहीं कर सकते। किसी ने अगर ब्लॉक कर दिया है या हमसे बात करना बंद कर दिया है, तो इसमें बुरा मानने जैसी कोई बात नहीं है। इसे अपना अपमान नहीं समझना चाहिए। हम भूल जाते हैं कि दरवाजे की कुंडी दोनों तरफ से लगती है। अगर सामनेवाले ने अपनी तरफ से दरवाजा बंद कर दिया है, तो आपके पास भी कुंडी लगाने का ऑप्शन है।

If someone does evil to him, then instead of getting angry, he says' Karo loo bad, everybody does the same to me. I am used to it now. ' Someone takes away his right and he says' You just be happy. What is mine, I will do my job. Such people do not fight for victory. Their words make it seem as if they are saying, 'Get on with me as you wish', 'Climb your feet, I am used to suffering', 'I am a loser', 'I always lose', 'I want peace.' 'I am willing to do anything to maintain peace.' There is no demand or expectation of such people. Neither does he have a future vision. They show readiness to satisfy and please others. They feel that they are winning the hearts of others by doing everything. They are making a good image in their mind, they are good and innocent people, but it is wrong. In this way you are only doing your loss. It happens here that a person with a losing mentality bury many emotions within himself and latent feelings never die. They remain alive and later emerge in different ways. Such people have psychosomatic diseases (especially respiratory, nervous or circulatory diseases). These diseases are caused by jealousy, deep despair or disillusionment accumulated over the years. Which is suppressed over the years because of the losing mentality. Too much reaction to small matter, blaming oneself, sudden crying and crying are also symptoms. People who constantly suppress their emotions, who tend to move to higher levels of meaningfulness, find that it adversely affects their quality of self-esteem.

 Today is Teachers' Day. On YouTube, Film City has uploaded a very cute short film on the relationship between Indian teachers and students. टीचर्स डे पर अपने टीचर्स से जरूर मिलें।

 आज टीचर्स डे है। यू-ट्यूब पर फ़िल्म सिटी ने इंडियन टीचर्स और स्टूडेंट्स के रिश्ते पर बनी एक बहुत प्यारी शॉर्ट फिल्म अपलोड की है। इसमें दिखाते हैं डॉक्टर विजय को, जिनके पास एक बुजुर्ग महिला मरीज़ आती है, जिनके घुटनों में बहुत दर्द। पति गुज़र चुके हैं। डॉक्टर के सामने जब वह क़्क़ती है, तो डॉक्टर को अपने बचपन की सारी बातें याद आ जाती हैं। यह बुज़ुर्ग महिला दरअसल स्कूल के दिनों में उनकी मैथ टीचर थी। स्कूल के दिनों में जब डॉक्टर विजय के मार्क्स कम आते हैं, तो मैथ टीचर उनसे इसकी वजह पूछती हैं। वह बताते हैं कि मुझे दूसरे टीचर का पढ़ाने का तरीका समझ ही नहीं आता। जब मैथ्यू टीचर उन्हें एक्सट्रा टाइम देकर मैथ्स पढ़ाती हैं और अन्य विषयों पर भी टिप्स देती हैं। विजय के मार्क्स बेहतरीन आते हैं। दोनो बेहद खुश होते हैं। मैथ्यू टीचर बताती हैं कि उनकी शादी होने वाली है इसलिए वह शहर छोड़ रही हैं। जाते-जाते टीचर कहती है कि 'विजय, तुम एक दिन बहुत बड़े आदमी बनोगे।' डॉक्टर को सारी बातें याद आ जाती है। वह 40 साल बाद अपनी टीचर को इस हालत में देख बेहद दुखी होते हैं। वे तय करते हैं कि अब टीचर का ख्याल वे खुद रखेंगे। वे अपने डॉक्टर दोस्त को फोन लगते हैं और कहते हैं कि एक बुजुर्ग महिला का ऑपरेशन करना है। ऑपरेशन का खर्च मैं उठाऊंगा। ये उन्हें मत बताना।

                 यह खूबसूरत और भावुक फ़िल्म एक संदेश देती है। साथ ही सवाल पूछती है कि हम में से कितने लोग इस तरह दिल से मदद करने वाले टीचर्स को याद रखते हैं और उनकी मदद करने के बारे में सोचते हैं? क्या हमारा फ़र्ज़ नहीं बनता कि आज जब हम कुछ बन गए हैं। बड़े पदों पर पहुंच गये हैं, उन टीचर्स को जा कर मिलें। उनसे पूछे कि आप कैसे हो? आपको कोई जरूरत तो नहीं? यकीन मानिये, वे टीचर्स आपसे कुछ नहीं मांगेंगे। वे तो आपको देख कर ही खुश हो जायेंगे। आप भले ही उन्हें कोई महंगा तोहफा न दे सकते हों, लेकिन कम-से-कम कुछ फूल, ग्रीटिंग कार्ड या हाथों से लिखा आभार व्यक्त करता एक खत तो दे ही सकते हैं।

 आज टीचर्स डे है। यू-ट्यूब पर फ़िल्म सिटी ने इंडियन टीचर्स और स्टूडेंट्स के रिश्ते पर बनी एक बहुत प्यारी शॉर्ट फिल्म अपलोड की है। इसमें दिखाते हैं डॉक्टर विजय को, जिनके पास एक बुजुर्ग महिला मरीज़ आती है, जिनके घुटनों में बहुत दर्द। पति गुज़र चुके हैं। डॉक्टर के सामने जब वह क़्क़ती है, तो डॉक्टर को अपने बचपन की सारी बातें याद आ जाती हैं। यह बुज़ुर्ग महिला दरअसल स्कूल के दिनों में उनकी मैथ टीचर थी। स्कूल के दिनों में जब डॉक्टर विजय के मार्क्स कम आते हैं, तो मैथ टीचर उनसे इसकी वजह पूछती हैं। वह बताते हैं कि मुझे दूसरे टीचर का पढ़ाने का तरीका समझ ही नहीं आता। जब मैथ्यू टीचर उन्हें एक्सट्रा टाइम देकर मैथ्स पढ़ाती हैं और अन्य विषयों पर भी टिप्स देती हैं। विजय के मार्क्स बेहतरीन आते हैं। दोनो बेहद खुश होते हैं। मैथ्यू टीचर बताती हैं कि उनकी शादी होने वाली है इसलिए वह शहर छोड़ रही हैं। जाते-जाते टीचर कहती है कि 'विजय, तुम एक दिन बहुत बड़े आदमी बनोगे।' डॉक्टर को सारी बातें याद आ जाती है। वह 40 साल बाद अपनी टीचर को इस हालत में देख बेहद दुखी होते हैं। वे तय करते हैं कि अब टीचर का ख्याल वे खुद रखेंगे। वे अपने डॉक्टर दोस्त को फोन लगते हैं और कहते हैं कि एक बुजुर्ग महिला का ऑपरेशन करना है। ऑपरेशन का खर्च मैं उठाऊंगा। ये उन्हें मत बताना।

                 यह खूबसूरत और भावुक फ़िल्म एक संदेश देती है। साथ ही सवाल पूछती है कि हम में से कितने लोग इस तरह दिल से मदद करने वाले टीचर्स को याद रखते हैं और उनकी मदद करने के बारे में सोचते हैं? क्या हमारा फ़र्ज़ नहीं बनता कि आज जब हम कुछ बन गए हैं। बड़े पदों पर पहुंच गये हैं, उन टीचर्स को जा कर मिलें। उनसे पूछे कि आप कैसे हो? आपको कोई जरूरत तो नहीं? यकीन मानिये, वे टीचर्स आपसे कुछ नहीं मांगेंगे। वे तो आपको देख कर ही खुश हो जायेंगे। आप भले ही उन्हें कोई महंगा तोहफा न दे सकते हों, लेकिन कम-से-कम कुछ फूल, ग्रीटिंग कार्ड या हाथों से लिखा आभार व्यक्त करता एक खत तो दे ही सकते हैं।

Identify the purpose of your life.

There was a huge pool in a forest, in which many kinds of trees and plants were planted. People from far and wide came there and praised the garden. The leaf on the rose tree would see people coming and praising the flowers everyday. He thinks that maybe one day someone will praise him too. But when no one praised him even after a long time, he started feeling inferior. Various thoughts started coming in him that 'Not everyone gets tired of praising roses and other flowers, but nobody looks at me, maybe my life is of no use'. The days were spent that one day a very strong wind started moving in the forest and seeing it took the form of a thunderstorm. The trees and plants of the garden started getting destroyed. All the flowers fell down on the ground, the strips also broke away from their branches and fell into the flying pond. The leaf saw that at some distance from it, an ant had fallen into the pond due to the gust of wind and was struggling to save his life. Ant was exhausted while trying and he was feeling certain of his death that when the leaf gave him a voice, don't panic, come, I help you and while saying this he made him sit on top of him.

         When the storm stopped, he reached one end of the leaf pond. किसी जंगल में एक बहुत बड़ा तलाब था, जिसमें अनेक प्रकार के पेड़-पौधे लगे थे। दूर-दूर से लोग वहां आते और बगीचे की तारीफ करते। गुलाब के पेड़ पर लगा पत्ता हर रोज लोगों को आते-जाते और फूलों की तारीफ करते देखता। उसे लगता कि हो सकता है कि एक दिन कोई उसकी भी तारीफ करे। पर जब काफी दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी किसी ने उसकी तारीफ नहीं की, तो वह काफी हीन महसूस करने लगा। उसके अंदर तरह-तरह के विचार आने लगे कि 'सभी लोग गुलाब और अन्य फूलों की तारीफ करते नहीं थकते, पर मुझे कोई देखता तक नहीं, शायद मेरा जीवन किसी काम का नहीं।' दिन यूँ बित रहे थे कि एक दिन जंगल में बड़ी जोर से हवा चलने लगी और देखते-देखते उसने आंधी का रूप ले लिया। बगीचे के पेड़-पौधे तहस-नहस होने लगे। सभी फूल जमीन पर गिर कर निढाल हो गये, पटे भी अपनी शाखाओं से अलग हो गये और उड़ते-उड़ते तालाब में जा गिरे। पत्ते ने देखा कि उससे कुछ ही दूरी पर कहीं से एक चींटी हवा की झोंके की वजह से तालाब में आ गिरी थी और अपनी जान बचाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रही थी। चींटी प्रयास करते-करते काफी थक चुकी थी और उसे अपनी मृत्यु तय लग रही थी कि तभी पत्ते ने उसे आवाज दी, घबराओ नहीं, आओ, मैं तुम्हारी मदद करता हूँ और ऐसा कहते हुए उसने अपने ऊपर उसे बैठा लिया।

         आंधी थमने पर वह पत्ता तालाब के एक छोर पर पहुंच गया। चींटी किनारे पर पहुंच कर बहुत खुश हो गयी और बोली, 'आपने आज मेरी जान बचाकर बहुत बड़ा उपकार किया है, सचमुच आप महान हैं, आपका बहुत धन्यवाद।' यह सुन कर पत्ता भाउक हो गया और बोला, 'धन्यवाद तो मुझे करना चाहिए, क्योंकि तुम्हारी वजह से आज पहली बार मेरी सामना मेरी काबिलियत से हुआ है, जिससे मैं आज तक अनजान था। आज पहली बार मैं अपने जीवन के मकसद और अपनी ताकत को पहचान पाया हूँ।' 

                 मित्रों, ईश्वर ने हम सभी को अनोखी शक्तियां दी हैं। कई बार हम खुद अपनी काबिलियत से अनजान होते हैं और समय आने पर हमें इसका पता चलता है।

Do not make the mistake that the frog made.

'Boiling Frog Syndrome'. Many people know about it and not many people, so today I am sharing it. This experiment gives a great lesson to all of us. First, know what it is?           दोस्तों, इस बात की गांठ बांध लें। अगर हम लोगों को, खुद को भावनात्मक रूप से, शारिरिक रुप से और आर्थिक रूप से लगातार तकलीफ पहुंचाने देंगे, तो उनका प्रोत्साहन और ज्यादा बढ़ता जायेगा। वे हमें कमजोर समझेंगे। ऐसे में हमें तुरंत जंप लेना चाहिए। जंप इतनी जल्दी लें कि आपके अंदर जंप लेने की ताकत बनी रहे। अपनी जंप लेने की ऊर्जा को बचा कर रखें और मेढक जैसी गलती न करें।

Quit the TV and start reading the book.

Much of our mental development is due to education and discipline. Most of us give up discipline, reading or writing or say serious studies as soon as we leave school, college. We stop studying anything deeply. Instead of all this we waste our time watching TV. A survey has reported that most households have TVs running for 35 to 45 hours a week. This period is equal to the time spent by most people. This period is more than the time spent by most children in their school and college. Television is the most powerful and effective medium today. When we see it, we come in contact with the values ​​of life being taught through it. Those values ​​can have a powerful impact on us in very subtle and invisible ways.

                However, watching TV is not so bad, if it is seen wisely. You can benefit from informative, inspiring programs. I understood these things when I missed watching TV for the last one year. In my house, I used to watch a lot of TV before. See what, only the channel used to change.
