Emotions have great importance in life. If there are no buildings, then life will become dull. Relationships depend only on emotions to a great extent, but a full flow of emotion can sometimes cause harm. Many times, we get so attached to a person, thing or place that our mind gets restless in the event of being away from it or unable to contact it. Every two minutes, the idea in our mind is that let's talk to him. If there is more involvement from some place, then you feel like to roam there for one day only. Those people who do not know how to keep emotions in the bus, they are not able to be patient for a long time and call or message that person, even knowing that the person will be busy in some important work at that time.

             There is no malice behind doing this, nor is there any intention to disturb the front. It is only those feelings or attachment towards that person, which are difficult to control.

             Just as our time is important and we do not want to be disturbed at work, we also want the person with whom we are more emotionally connected. भावनाओं का जीवन में बड़ा महत्व है। भवनाएं न हों, तो ज़िंदगी नीरस बन जायेगी। रिश्ते हद तक भावनाओं पर ही निर्भर करते हैं, लेकिन भावनाओं में पूरी तरह से बह जाना कई बार नुकसान भी पहुंचा सकता है। कई बार किसी व्यक्ति, वस्तु या जगह से हमें इस कदर लगाव हो जाता है कि उससे दूर होने या फिर संपर्क न कर पाने की स्थिति में हमारा मन बेचैन हो उठता है। हर दो मिनट में मन में यही ख्याल आता है कि चलो उससे बात कर लें। यदि किसी जगह से ज्यादा जुड़ाव रहा है, तो मन होता है कि एक दिन के लिए ही सही , वहाँ घूम आयें। वैसे लोग जो भावनाओं को बस में रखना नहीं जानते, वे ज्यादा समय तक धैर्य नहीं रख पाते और उस व्यक्ति को फोन या फिर मैसेज कर ही देते हैं, यह जानते हुए भी कि वह व्यक्ति उस समय किसी जरूरी काम में व्यस्त होगा।

             ऐसा करने के पीछे कोई दुर्भावना नहीं होती और न ही सामनेवाले को डिस्टर्ब करने का इरादा होता है। बात केवल उस व्यक्ति के प्रति उन भावनाओं या लगाव की होती है, जिन पर नियंत्रण रख पाना मुश्किल हो जाता है।

             जिस प्रकार से हमारा समय महत्वपूर्ण होता है और काम के वक़्त हम डिस्टर्ब नहीं होना चाहते, कुछ वैसा ही वह व्यक्ति भी चाहता है, जिससे हम भावनात्मक रूप से ज्यादा जुड़े हुए हैं। अनजाने में ही सही, लेकिन उसे डिस्टर्ब करके हम उस व्यक्ति के मन में अपने प्रति नकारात्मक सोच लाने पर मजबूर कर देते हैं, जिसका परिणाम उससे भी ज्यादा कष्टदायी होता है, जितना रिश्ते में रहकर उस व्यक्ति की कमी महसूस करते वक़्त होता है। रिश्ते भावनाओं से जरूर बनते हैं, लेकिन भावनाएं यदि बेलगाम हो जायें, तो वे नासूर बन जाती हैं।

Identify the purpose of your life.

There was a huge pool in a forest, in which many kinds of trees and plants were planted. People from far and wide came there and praised the garden. The leaf on the rose tree would see people coming and praising the flowers everyday. He thinks that maybe one day someone will praise him too. But when no one praised him even after a long time, he started feeling inferior. Various thoughts started coming in him that 'Not everyone gets tired of praising roses and other flowers, but nobody looks at me, maybe my life is of no use'. The days were spent that one day a very strong wind started moving in the forest and seeing it took the form of a thunderstorm. The trees and plants of the garden started getting destroyed. All the flowers fell down on the ground, the strips also broke away from their branches and fell into the flying pond. The leaf saw that at some distance from it, an ant had fallen into the pond due to the gust of wind and was struggling to save his life. Ant was exhausted while trying and he was feeling certain of his death that when the leaf gave him a voice, don't panic, come, I help you and while saying this he made him sit on top of him.

         When the storm stopped, he reached one end of the leaf pond. Ant reached the shore and became very happy and said, 'You have done a great favor today by saving my life, really you are great, thank you very much.' Hearing this, the leaf became angry and said, 'Thank you, I should do it, because for the first time because of you I have encountered my ability, which I was unaware till today. Today for the first time I have been able to recognize my life's purpose and my strength. '

किसी जंगल में एक बहुत बड़ा तलाब था, जिसमें अनेक प्रकार के पेड़-पौधे लगे थे। दूर-दूर से लोग वहां आते और बगीचे की तारीफ करते। गुलाब के पेड़ पर लगा पत्ता हर रोज लोगों को आते-जाते और फूलों की तारीफ करते देखता। उसे लगता कि हो सकता है कि एक दिन कोई उसकी भी तारीफ करे। पर जब काफी दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी किसी ने उसकी तारीफ नहीं की, तो वह काफी हीन महसूस करने लगा। उसके अंदर तरह-तरह के विचार आने लगे कि 'सभी लोग गुलाब और अन्य फूलों की तारीफ करते नहीं थकते, पर मुझे कोई देखता तक नहीं, शायद मेरा जीवन किसी काम का नहीं।' दिन यूँ बित रहे थे कि एक दिन जंगल में बड़ी जोर से हवा चलने लगी और देखते-देखते उसने आंधी का रूप ले लिया। बगीचे के पेड़-पौधे तहस-नहस होने लगे। सभी फूल जमीन पर गिर कर निढाल हो गये, पटे भी अपनी शाखाओं से अलग हो गये और उड़ते-उड़ते तालाब में जा गिरे। पत्ते ने देखा कि उससे कुछ ही दूरी पर कहीं से एक चींटी हवा की झोंके की वजह से तालाब में आ गिरी थी और अपनी जान बचाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रही थी। चींटी प्रयास करते-करते काफी थक चुकी थी और उसे अपनी मृत्यु तय लग रही थी कि तभी पत्ते ने उसे आवाज दी, घबराओ नहीं, आओ, मैं तुम्हारी मदद करता हूँ और ऐसा कहते हुए उसने अपने ऊपर उसे बैठा लिया।

         आंधी थमने पर वह पत्ता तालाब के एक छोर पर पहुंच गया। चींटी किनारे पर पहुंच कर बहुत खुश हो गयी और बोली, 'आपने आज मेरी जान बचाकर बहुत बड़ा उपकार किया है, सचमुच आप महान हैं, आपका बहुत धन्यवाद।' यह सुन कर पत्ता भाउक हो गया और बोला, 'धन्यवाद तो मुझे करना चाहिए, क्योंकि तुम्हारी वजह से आज पहली बार मेरी सामना मेरी काबिलियत से हुआ है, जिससे मैं आज तक अनजान था। आज पहली बार मैं अपने जीवन के मकसद और अपनी ताकत को पहचान पाया हूँ।' 

                 मित्रों, ईश्वर ने हम सभी को अनोखी शक्तियां दी हैं। कई बार हम खुद अपनी काबिलियत से अनजान होते हैं और समय आने पर हमें इसका पता चलता है।

Do not make the mistake that the frog made.

'Boiling Frog Syndrome'. Many people know about it and not many people, so today I am sharing it. This experiment gives a great lesson to all of us. First, know what it is? Let me tell you that the quality inside the frog is that it adjusts itself easily to the temperature around it. For use, we place a paddock in a vessel filled with water and start heating the water slowly. For a long time, the frog slowly adjusts itself to the hot water and tolerates the temperature, but there comes a time when he realizes that he can no longer tolerate. Thinking so, he tries to get out of the pot, but since he has lost all his energy in adjusting himself to water, he cannot get out and dies.

                 We are all like this paddock. We try to adjust to difficult situations, with many types of people. This is fine as well, but we need to know what circumstances to adjust and when to deal with it. There are occasions when it is necessary that we take action instead of tolerating it. 'बॉयलिंग फ्रॉग सिंड्रोम'। कई लोग इसके बारे में जानते हैं और कई लोग नहीं, इसलिए आज इसे शेयर कर रहा हूँ। ये प्रयोग हम सभी को एक बेहतरीन सीख देता है। पहले जान लें कि ये है क्या? आपको बता दें कि मेढक के अंदर यह क्वालिटी होती है कि वह अपने आसपास के तापमान में खुद को बड़ी आसानी से एडजस्ट कर लेता है। प्रयोग के लिए अब एक मेढक को पानी से भरे बर्तन में रख देते हैं और पानी को धीरे-धीरे गर्म करना शुरू करते हैं। बहुत देर तक तो मेढक धीरे-धीरे गरम होते पानी में खुद को एडजस्ट करता जाता है और तापमान को सहन कर लेता है, लेकिन एक समय ऐसा आता है, जब उसे एहसास होता है कि वह अब सहन नहीं कर सकता। ऐसा सोचते ही वह बर्तन से बाहर निकलने की कोशिश करता है, लेकिन चूंकि उसने अपनी पूरी ऊर्जा खुद को पानी में एडजस्ट करने में गवां दी थी, वह बाहर नहीं निकल पाता और मर जाता है।

                 हम सभी इस मेढक की तरह हैं। हम कई तरह के लोगों के साथ, कठिन परिस्थितियों में एडजस्ट करने की कोशिश करते हैं। यह ठीक भी है, लेकिन हमें यह पता होना चाहिए कि किन परिस्थितियों में एडजस्ट करना है और कब इसका सामना करना है। कई बार ऐसे मौके आते हैं, जब यह जरूरी हो जाता है कि हम सहन करने के बजाय एक्शन लें। कई लोग अजीब और विकट परिस्थितियों को सहन करते रहते हैं और उम्मीद करते रहते हैं कि एक दिन सब ठीक हो जायेगा और जब उन्हें यह अहसास होता है कि कुछ ठीक नहीं हो रहा, तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी होती है।

          दोस्तों, इस बात की गांठ बांध लें। अगर हम लोगों को, खुद को भावनात्मक रूप से, शारिरिक रुप से और आर्थिक रूप से लगातार तकलीफ पहुंचाने देंगे, तो उनका प्रोत्साहन और ज्यादा बढ़ता जायेगा। वे हमें कमजोर समझेंगे। ऐसे में हमें तुरंत जंप लेना चाहिए। जंप इतनी जल्दी लें कि आपके अंदर जंप लेने की ताकत बनी रहे। अपनी जंप लेने की ऊर्जा को बचा कर रखें और मेढक जैसी गलती न करें।
