Don't just expect others to change.

          It is always said that we have to change.  It has to change, because it is necessary to keep changing.  If we want to get place in the company and respect from colleagues, then we have to change, but are we ready for this?  Probably not.  Whenever it comes to change, we always expect that the other person needs to change.  Most of us consider ourselves perfect.  We think that we are absolutely fine, but the people around us are not friendly.  In fact, to change ourselves, we have to make extra efforts, which we usually do not want to do.  You talk badly to your colleague, but expect him to talk to you very lovingly.  Why?  You have a grudge against your colleague, but expect honesty from him, why?  Change yourself and learn from those who are wrong or bad with you that just as their words hurt you, in the same way your words can hurt the other person.

       The fame of Hakim Luqman was far and wide.  He was popular for his medicines as well as good advice.  He was as skilled a doctor as he was a kind hearted person.  People used to come to him not only for the treatment of their physical ailments, but also for the solution of the confusions of the mind and intellectual curiosities.  No one returns disappointed from him.

      One day a person came to Lukman and after a brief conversation he asked, "Hakim sahib, I want to know from where you learned so much politeness and decency?"

       Hakim Sahib replied, "From rude and uncivilized people."  The man asked in surprise, "How is this possible, what can rude and uncivilized people teach anyone?

         Then Lukman said, "You are saying wrong. Just think about it. I immediately gave up what I found bad about rude and uncivilized people. I also stopped doing their behavior which hurt me. I did this.  Thought that what I found unpleasant, others would also find it unpleasant. Thus I learned politeness from rude people.  Hakim Luqman again said, "Get one thing in life. You can learn more from the ignorant than from the wise provided you know how to learn. The wise will teach you what to do, while the ignorant will tell you what not to do."  "  That person understood the meaning of his words and accepted it as a lesson.

         एक दिन एक व्यक्ति लुकमान के पास आया और थोड़ी देर की बातचीत के बाद उसने सवाल किया, "हकीम साहब, मैं जानना हूं कि अपने इतनी शिष्टता और सभ्यता कहां से सीखी?"

          हकीम साहब ने उत्तर दिया, "अशिष्ट और असभ्य लोगों से।" उस व्यक्ति ने आश्चर्य से पूछा, "यह कैसे संभव है, भला अशिष्ट और असभ्य लोग किसी को क्या सीखा सकते हैं?"

        तब लुकमान बोले, "तुम गलत कह रहे हो। जरा सोच कर देखो। मुझे अशिष्ट और असभ्य लोगों की जो बातें बुरी लगीं, उन्हें मैं तत्काल त्याग दिया। उनके जिस व्यवहार ने मुझे कष्ट पहुंचाया, उसे मैंने भी करना छोड़ दिया। मैंने यह सोचा कि जो बात मुझे अप्रिय लगी, वह औरों को भी अप्रिय लगेगी। इस प्रकार मैंने अशिष्ट लोगों से ही शिष्टता सीखी है।" हकीम लुकमान ने फिर कहा, "एक बात जीवन में गांठ बांध लो। तुम ज्ञानी से अधिक अज्ञानी से सीख सकते हो बशर्ते कि तुम्हें सीखने का तरीका मालूम हो। ज्ञानी तुम्हें वह सिखाएगा जो होना चाहिए, जबकि अज्ञानी बताएगा कि क्या नहीं होना चाहिए।" वह व्यक्ति उनकी बात का मर्म समझ गया और उसने उसे एक सबक मानकर ग्रहण कर लिया।

शिक्षा:-

          I see a lot of such posts on Facebook, on which there is a picture of parents, siblings and it is written 'If you love your parents or your siblings, then share this photo.  Like it.  Lakhs of likes come on such photos.  Thousands of people share it.

         The thing to think is that everyone likes on Facebook dies immediately, but have you ever really gone to your parents, siblings and said 'Mummy, I love you...... Papa, you are so  sweet.'  We talk a lot with our friends, spend time with them, but have we given the magic hug to our brothers and sisters?  Told him 'I love you'?

            Many of you will say that 'love is in the heart, it is not necessary to speak it through the mouth'.  We take care of them, we do what they want, that means we love them.'  But friends, currently love is not just a feeling to keep in the heart.  You have to express it too.

           Recently a very old friend of mine called.  In college days, he used to write 'love you dear' at the end of his messages.  I never paid much attention to this.  But this time when he called and after the conversation we hung up, he called again within a few minutes.  I asked, 'What happened now?'  He smiled and said, 'Love you... forgot to say, love you dear..... bye.'  This talk of friend touched my heart.  Then I realized how much words matter sometimes.

          Always remember one thing.  If you want to get close to people, make them your own, don't try to impress them.  Just give them love.  Express it in words.  So what is the delay friends, wake up now and hug your parents and say 'I love you dad....', 'I love you mom....'.  Try it once.  The expressions that will appear on the face of the parents will be priceless.

            फेसबुक पर ऐसा पोस्ट्स मैं खूब देखता हूं, जिस पर माता-पिता, भाई-बहन की तस्वीर होती है और लिखा होता है 'अगर आप अपने माता-पिता को प्यार करते हैं या अपने भाई-बहन को प्यार करते हैं, तो इस फोटो को लाइक करें।' ऐसी फ़ोटो पर लाखों लाइक्स आ जाते हैं। हजारों लोग इसे शेयर करते हैं।

          सोचनेवाली बात यह है कि फेसबुक पर लाइक तो हर कोई तुरंत मरता है, लेकिन क्या सच में कभी आपने माता-पिता, भाई-बहन को जाकर यह कहा कि 'मम्मी, आई लव यू...... पापा, यु आर सो स्वीट।' हम दोस्तों से तो खूब बातें करते हैं, उनके साथ टाइम बिताते हैं, लेकिन क्या हमने अपने भाई-बहन को जादू की झप्पी दी है? उन्हें 'आई लव यू' कहा?

          आप में से कई लोग कहेंगे कि 'प्यार दिल में होता है, इसे मुँह से बोलना जरूरी नहीं। हम उनकी देखभाल करते हैं, हम वही करते हैं जो वे चाहते हैं, इसका मतलब हम उन्हें प्यार करते हैं।' लेकिन दोस्तों वर्तमान में प्यार केवल दिल में रखने की भावना नहीं है। आपको इसे व्यक्त भी करना होगा। 

          पिछले दिनों मेरा एक बहुत पुराना दोस्त ने कॉल किया। कॉलेज के दिनों में वह अपने मैसेज के अंत में लिखा करता था 'लव यू डिअर'। मैंने कभी इस बात पर ज्यादा गौर नहीं किया। लेकिन इस बार जब उसने कॉल किया और बातचीत के बाद हमने फोन काट दिया, तो चंद मिनटों में उसने दोबारा कॉल किया। मैंने पूछा, 'अब क्या हुआ?' वह मुस्कुरा कर बोला , 'लव यू... कहना भूल गया था, लव यू डिअर..... बाय।' दोस्त की यह बात मेरे दिल को छू गया। तब मुझे समझ आया कि कई बार शब्द भी कितने मायने रखते हैं।

          एक बात हमेशा याद रखें। यदि आप लोगों के करीब जाना चाहते हैं, उन्हें अपना बनाना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें इम्प्रेस करने की कोशिश न करें। उन्हें केवल प्यार दें। इसे शब्दों से जाहिर करें। तो देर किस बात की दोस्तों, अभी उठें और अपने मम्मी-पापा को गले लगा कर कहें 'आई लव यू डैड....',  'आई लव यू मॉम....'। एज बार कर के देखें। माता-पिता के चेहरे पर जो भाव आयेंगे, वो अनमोल होंगे।

Why clean up when you're on the right track?

            Many times it happens that people in the office turn against us, talk bad about us and find fault in our actions. When this happens, we get frustrated and go to those people and give our clarification.  Are.  We try to prove to everyone that I am not like that, I did not do this, I did not mean to do that, what he is saying is a total lie….etc.  But, doing so shows a lack of self-respect in us.  When we know that what we are doing or what we have done is right, why should we bother trying to prove it to people?  It is people's fault that they do not understand us.

           Many times it also happens that some people get jealous of some of our qualities, so they start doing bad things.  There is no need to lose your self respect in front of such people.  Those people themselves are living in pain, jealousy, wounds, they are scared of you, what is the complaint with them?  Forgive them, don't even let hatred towards such people enter your heart.  Just go on doing your work.

           This type of phase comes in the life of every human being, when we feel that we are alone.  This is the only time when we have to strengthen our self-esteem.  You have to maintain your patience.  Thinking that even this short period will pass.  This is the time when you can further enhance your attributes.  At such a time, focus only on your work.  Never pay attention to what people say behind your back.

           One more thing, don't limit your specialties to yourself.  Share your talent with others.  Sometimes we fear that if I teach it everything, it will overtake me.  Clear this misconception.  The more knowledge you share, the more it will grow.  There will be another advantage that by sharing knowledge you will get peace.  If the person in front goes even further than you, then you will definitely be happy that you have taught him.

जब आप सही रास्ते पर हैं, तो सफाई क्यों देना?

       कई बार ऐसा होता है कि ऑफिस में लोग हमारे खिलाफ हो जाते हैं, हमारी बुराई करते हैं और हमारे कार्यों में कमियां निकालने लगते हैं।जब ऐसा होता है, तो हम निराश हो जाते हैं और उन लोगों के पास जा - जाकर अपनी सफाई देते हैं। हम सभी को साबित करने की कोशिश करते हैं कि मैं ऐसा नहीं हूं, मैंने यह नहीं किया, मेरे ऐसा करने का मतलब यह नहीं था, वह जो बोल रहा है वह सरासर झूठ है.... आदि। लेकिन, ऐसा करना हमारे अंदर आत्मसम्मान की कमी दर्शाता है। जब हमें यह पता है कि हम जो कर रहे हैं या हमने जो किया है, वह सही है, तो हम क्यों लोगों को साबित करने की कोशिश में इतने परेशान हों? यह लोगों की गलती है कि वे हमें नहीं समझ रहे।

           कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि कुछ लोग हमारी किसी खूबी से जलन करने लगते हैं, इसलिए बुराई करना शुरू कर देते हैं। ऐसे लोगों के सामने अपना आत्मसम्मान खोने की जरूरत नहीं है। वे लोग तो खुद दर्द, जलन, घाव में जी रहे हैं, आपसे डरे हए हैं, उनसे कैसा शिकवा? उन्हें माफ कर दीजिए, ऐसे लोगों के प्रति नफरत भी दिल में बिल्कुल न आने दें। बस अपना काम करते जाएं।

           इस तरह का दौर हर इंसान की ज़िंदगी मे आता है, जब हमें लगता है कि हम अकेले पड़ गये हैं। बस यही वो समय है, जब हमें अपने आत्मसम्मान को मजबूत करना होगा। अपना संयम बनाये रखना होगा। यह सोच कर कि यह छोटा-सा दौर भी निकल जायेगा। यही वह समय है जब आप अपनी विशेषताओं को और बढ़ा सकते हैं। ऐसे समय में आप अपने काम पर ही फोकस करें। लोग पीठ पीछे क्या कहते हैं, उस पर कतई ध्यान न दें। 

           एक बात और यह कि अपनी विशेषताओं को खुद तक सीमित न रखें। अपनी प्रतिभा को दूसरों के साथ बांटें। कई बार हम डरते हैं कि यदि मैंने इसे सब कुछ सीखा दिया, तो यह मुझसे आगे निकल जायेगा। इस गलतफहमी को दूर करें। आप जितना ज्ञान बाटेंगे, वह उतना ही बढ़ेगा। एक फायदा और होगा कि ज्ञान बांटने से आपको सुकून मिलेगा। यदि सामनेवाला आपसे आगे भी निकल जाये, तो आपको यह खुशी जरूर होगी कि इसे आपने ही सिखाया है।

💐 जिस तरह माता-पिता अपने बच्चे से और टीचर अपने स्टूडेंट से जलन नहीं रखते, भले ही उन्होंने सब सिखाया हो, हमें भी वैसा ही करना चाहिए।

💐 लोग भले ही आपको स्पर्धा के लिए उकसायें, आपके खिलाफ बुरी बातें कहें, आप मन ही मन बस एक ही बात दोहरायें कि 'मैं इस दौड़ में नहीं हूं।'

जब आप सही रास्ते पर हैं, तो सफाई क्यों देना?

       कई बार ऐसा होता है कि ऑफिस में लोग हमारे खिलाफ हो जाते हैं, हमारी बुराई करते हैं और हमारे कार्यों में कमियां निकालने लगते हैं।जब ऐसा होता है, तो हम निराश हो जाते हैं और उन लोगों के पास जा - जाकर अपनी सफाई देते हैं। हम सभी को साबित करने की कोशिश करते हैं कि मैं ऐसा नहीं हूं, मैंने यह नहीं किया, मेरे ऐसा करने का मतलब यह नहीं था, वह जो बोल रहा है वह सरासर झूठ है.... आदि। लेकिन, ऐसा करना हमारे अंदर आत्मसम्मान की कमी दर्शाता है। जब हमें यह पता है कि हम जो कर रहे हैं या हमने जो किया है, वह सही है, तो हम क्यों लोगों को साबित करने की कोशिश में इतने परेशान हों? यह लोगों की गलती है कि वे हमें नहीं समझ रहे।

           कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि कुछ लोग हमारी किसी खूबी से जलन करने लगते हैं, इसलिए बुराई करना शुरू कर देते हैं। ऐसे लोगों के सामने अपना आत्मसम्मान खोने की जरूरत नहीं है। वे लोग तो खुद दर्द, जलन, घाव में जी रहे हैं, आपसे डरे हए हैं, उनसे कैसा शिकवा? उन्हें माफ कर दीजिए, ऐसे लोगों के प्रति नफरत भी दिल में बिल्कुल न आने दें। बस अपना काम करते जाएं।

      Why clean up when you're on the right track?

            Many times it happens that people in the office turn against us, talk bad about us and find fault in our actions. When this happens, we get frustrated and go to those people and give our clarification.  Are.  We try to prove to everyone that I am not like that, I did not do this, I did not mean to do that, what he is saying is a total lie….etc.  But, doing so shows a lack of self-respect in us.  When we know that what we are doing or what we have done is right, why should we bother trying to prove it to people?  It is people's fault that they do not understand us.

            Many times it also happens that some people get jealous of some of our qualities, so they start doing bad things.  There is no need to lose your self respect in front of such people.  Those people themselves are living in pain, jealousy, wounds, they are scared of you, what is the complaint with them?  Forgive them, don't even let hatred towards such people enter your heart.  Just go on doing your work.

            This type of phase comes in the life of every human being, when we feel that we are alone.  This is the only time when we have to strengthen our self-esteem.  You have to maintain your patience.  Thinking that even this short period will pass.  This is the time when you can further enhance your attributes.  At such a time, focus only on your work.  Never pay attention to what people say behind your back.

           One more thing, don't limit your specialties to yourself.  Share your talent with others.  Sometimes we fear that if I teach it everything, it will overtake me.  Clear this misconception.  The more knowledge you share, the more it will grow.  There will be another advantage that by sharing knowledge you will get peace.  If the person in front goes even further than you, then you will definitely be happy that you have taught him.

Education:-

💐 Just as parents are not jealous of their children and teachers are not jealous of their students, even if they have taught everything, we should also do the same.

💐 Even if people provoke you to compete, say bad things against you, you just repeat one thing in your mind that 'I am not in this race.'
