Recently, I read the interviews of some senior journalists of the country. Here I am sharing some of his things. This is because every human being should learn these things. It is necessary for every person who wants to progress.
First :- Read a lot. Carry the book with you whenever you travel. Try to read one book in a week. Get into the habit of reading for an hour every day before going to bed. Read biographies of famous people from different fields. A senior journalist said, 'I have a habit of reading. I write a column every week in my newspaper. I read new books and write about them. They mostly contain English books, so that the grip in English is good. I do not like to read books on demand from anyone. I buy it myself so that it is always with me. I believe that if a man does not read books, he will be cut off from the world. This is the one quality, which keeps you in the market. This habit should be adopted by every professional person. If the habit of reading remains, then information about new things keeps on coming.
Second:- Never stop learning, move around in different cities and states. Learn languages. Take knowledge of as many areas as you can. A senior journalist said that there is no such thing as retirement. A person should keep doing something or the other till death, should keep learning. I will always be doing something or the other. I know there are many things I want to do and I know how to do them. For that you can sit anywhere and do anything. It is not always necessary to have an institution for this.
Third thing:- Help people, but don't keep account of it. People can cheat after taking help from you, after taking advantage of you. But don't stop helping people by being afraid of such sentences. I believe that traveling does not stop even after an accident.
Education:-
💐 Keep yourself updated, because the world is changing very fast. If you don't learn things at the speed of the world, you will be left behind.
💐 Never sit idle. Go to new places, meet new people, read new books. Overall, collect as much knowledge as you can.

पिछले दिनों मैंने देश के कुछ वरिष्ठ पत्रकारों के इंटरव्यू पढ़े। यहां उनकी कुछ बातों को शेयर कर रहा हूँ। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि ये बातें हर इंसान को सीखनी चाहिए। ये हर व्यक्ति के लिए जरूरी है, जो प्रगति करना चाहता है।
पहली:- खूब पढ़े। जब भी यात्रा करें, अपने साथ पुस्तक जरूर रखें। कोशिश करें कि एक हप्ते में एक किताब पढ़ लें। रोजाना सोने से पहले एक घंटा पढ़ने की आदत डालें। विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के नामी लोगों की बायोग्राफी पढ़ें। एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार ने कहा, 'मुझे पढ़ने की आदत है। हर सप्ताह एक कॉलम अपने अखबार में लिखता हूँ। नयी पुस्तकों को पढ़ता हूँ और उनके बारे में लिखता हूँ। उनमें ज्यादातर अंग्रेजी पुस्तकें होती हैं, ऐसा इसलिए ताकि अंग्रेजी में पकड़ अच्छी बने। मैं पुस्तक किसी से मांग कर पढ़ना पसंद नहीं करता। खुद खरीदता हूँ ताकि वह हमेशा मेरे पास रहे। मेरा मानना है कि अगर इंसान पुस्तकें न पढ़े, तो वह दुनिया से कट जाएगा। यही एक गुण है, जो आपको मार्केट में बनाये रखता है। यह आदत हर प्रोफेशन के व्यक्ति को अपनानी चाहिए। पढ़ने की आदत बनी रहे, तो नयी चीजों की जानकारियां मिलती रहती है।'
दूसरा:- सीखना बंद न करें, विभिन्न शहरों राज्यों में घूमें। भाषाएँ सीखें। जितने क्षेत्रों का ज्ञान ले सकते हैं, लें। एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार ने कहा कि 'रिटायरमेंट जैसी कोई चीज नहीं होती। इंसान को मरते दम तक कुछ न कुछ करते रहना चाहिए, सीखते रहना चाहिए। मैं हमेशा कुछ न कुछ करता ही रहूंगा। मैं जानता हूँ कि कई सारी चीजें हैं, जो मैं करना चाहता हूँ और मैं जानता हूँ कि वो कैसे की जाती हैं। उसके लिए आप कहीं भी बैठ कर कुछ भी कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए हमेशा किसी संस्थान का होना जरूरी नहीं है।
तीसरी बात:- लोगों की मदद करें, लेकिन इसका लेखा-जोखा न रखें। लोग आपसे मदद लेने के बाद, आपका फायदा उठाने के बाद धोखा दे सकते हैं। लेकिन ऐसे वाकयों से घबराकर आप लोगों की मदद करना मत छोड़िए। मेरा मानना है कि एक्सीडेंट हो जाने के बाद भी यात्रा करनी बंद नहीं की जाती है।
शिक्षा:-
💐 खुद को अपडेट रखें, क्योंकि दुनिया बहुत तेजी से बदल रही है। अगर आप दुनिया की स्पीड से चीजें नहीं सीखेंगे, तो पीछे रह जायेंगे।
💐 कभी भी खाली न बैठें। नयी जगहों पर जाएं, नये लोगों से मिलें, नयी पुस्तकें पढ़े। कुल मिलाकर जितना ज्ञान बटोर सकते हैं, बटोर लें।
