Handle emotions, relationships will become stronger.

Emotions have great importance in life. If there are no buildings, then life will become dull. Relationships depend only on emotions to a great extent, but a full flow of emotion can sometimes cause harm. Many times, we get so attached to a person, thing or place that our mind gets restless in the event of being away from it or unable to contact it. Every two minutes, the idea in our mind is that let's talk to him. If there is more involvement from some place, then you feel like to roam there for one day only. Those people who do not know how to keep emotions in the bus, they are not able to be patient for a long time and call or message that person, even knowing that the person will be busy in some important work at that time.

             There is no malice behind doing this, nor is there any intention to disturb the front. It is only those feelings or attachment towards that person, which are difficult to control.

             Just as our time is important and we do not want to be disturbed at work, we also want the person with whom we are more emotionally connected. Unsurprisingly, but by disturbing him, we force him to bring negative thoughts towards that person, which results in even more agony than the person's lack of being in a relationship. Relationships are formed by feelings, but if feelings become uncontrolled, they become canker.

भावनाओं को संभालें, रिश्ते मजबूत बनेंगे।

भावनाओं का जीवन में बड़ा महत्व है। भवनाएं न हों, तो ज़िंदगी नीरस बन जायेगी। रिश्ते हद तक भावनाओं पर ही निर्भर करते हैं, लेकिन भावनाओं में पूरी तरह से बह जाना कई बार नुकसान भी पहुंचा सकता है। कई बार किसी व्यक्ति, वस्तु या जगह से हमें इस कदर लगाव हो जाता है कि उससे दूर होने या फिर संपर्क न कर पाने की स्थिति में हमारा मन बेचैन हो उठता है। हर दो मिनट में मन में यही ख्याल आता है कि चलो उससे बात कर लें। यदि किसी जगह से ज्यादा जुड़ाव रहा है, तो मन होता है कि एक दिन के लिए ही सही , वहाँ घूम आयें। वैसे लोग जो भावनाओं को बस में रखना नहीं जानते, वे ज्यादा समय तक धैर्य नहीं रख पाते और उस व्यक्ति को फोन या फिर मैसेज कर ही देते हैं, यह जानते हुए भी कि वह व्यक्ति उस समय किसी जरूरी काम में व्यस्त होगा।

             ऐसा करने के पीछे कोई दुर्भावना नहीं होती और न ही सामनेवाले को डिस्टर्ब करने का इरादा होता है। बात केवल उस व्यक्ति के प्रति उन भावनाओं या लगाव की होती है, जिन पर नियंत्रण रख पाना मुश्किल हो जाता है।

             जिस प्रकार से हमारा समय महत्वपूर्ण होता है और काम के वक़्त हम डिस्टर्ब नहीं होना चाहते, कुछ वैसा ही वह व्यक्ति भी चाहता है, जिससे हम भावनात्मक रूप से ज्यादा जुड़े हुए हैं। अनजाने में ही सही, लेकिन उसे डिस्टर्ब करके हम उस व्यक्ति के मन में अपने प्रति नकारात्मक सोच लाने पर मजबूर कर देते हैं, जिसका परिणाम उससे भी ज्यादा कष्टदायी होता है, जितना रिश्ते में रहकर उस व्यक्ति की कमी महसूस करते वक़्त होता है। रिश्ते भावनाओं से जरूर बनते हैं, लेकिन भावनाएं यदि बेलगाम हो जायें, तो वे नासूर बन जाती हैं।

शिक्षा:- 

💐 याद रखें कि भावनाएं केवल आप में नहीं, बल्कि उसमें भी हैं। जिसे आप चाहते हैं, लेकिन इसे सही वक्त पर व्यक्त करना सीखें।

💐 खुशियां केवल बातें करने और मिलने से नहीं मिलती। जिससे आपका जुड़ाव है, उसे कम्फ़र्टेबल फील करा कर और भी ज्यादा खुशी होती है।
