Not only speak good but also think good.

The aunt kept fast. In the evening, son got dosa packed. Actually he had forgotten that the mother is fasting. Because the dosa had now arrived, the other members of the house, except Auntie, ate it. Uncle's stomach began to ache at night. He told the aunt, 'When I was eating dosa, you must have been jealous, that's why my stomach is sad.'

       Such incidents often happen to all of us. We accuse the front of any bad thing that happens to us. Something bad happens in the office and we say that whose face was not known this morning. I know an elderly woman, who goes out of some work and comes back to see the face of a particular woman and says, "Today saw that ill-fated one again, now there will be no work."

         We all have to understand how our day will pass. Will our work be completed or not? It is not decided by one's face or by anyone's curse. It is all decided by our thoughts. The whole day depends on the kind of thoughts you create in your mind in the morning. If you look at someone and think that you have seen the face of this man in the morning, now my work will not work at all…. Then you will think this idea so many times that in reality you will not work again. In such a situation, your work is not spoiled by that man but by your negative thoughts.

          Parents tell their child before the exam that 'Best of luck, God bless the paper.' And think in mind that 'I do not know how the paper will be. He did not study at all throughout the year. Also watched the film at night. If bad numbers come? .... etc. ' In this way you did not pray to the child. You sent negative energy to the child. Remember also that the power of thoughts is more than the strength of words. So what we are saying is more important than what we are thinking.

अच्छा बोलें ही नहीं बल्कि अच्छा सोचें भी।

आंटी ने उपवास रखा था। शाम को बेटा डोसा पैक करा लाया। दरअसल वह भूल गया था कि मम्मी का उपवास है। क्योंकि अब डोसा आ चुका था, आंटी को छोड़कर घर के अन्य सदस्यों ने उसे खा लिया। रात को अंकल के पेट में दर्द होने लगा। उन्होंने आंटी से कहा, 'जब मैं डोसा खा रहा था, तो जरूर तुमने जलन की होगी, इसलिए मेरा पेट दुख रहा है।'

       हम सभी के साथ अक्सर इस तरह की घटनाएं होती हैं। हम अपने साथ होनेवाली किसी भी बुरी चीज का इलजाम सामनेवाले पर लगा देते हैं। ऑफिस में कुछ बुरा हो जाता है और हम कहते हैं कि आज सुबह न जाने किसका चेहरा देखा था। एक बुजुर्ग महिला को मैं जानती हूँ, जो किसी काम से बाहर जाती है और किसी खास महिला का चेहरा देख वापस आ जाती है और कहती है 'आज फिर उस मनहूस को देख लिया, अब काम न होगा।'

         हम सभी को यह समझना होगा कि हमारा दिन कैसे गुजरेगा? हमारा काम पूरा होगा या नहीं? यह किसी के चेहरे से या किसी के श्राप से तय नहीं होता। यह सब हमारे विचारों से तय होता है। सुबह-सुबह आपने अपने दिमाग में किस तरह के विचार बनाये, पूरा दिन उसी पर निर्भर होता है। यदि आप किसी को देखकर सोचेंगे कि सुबह-सुबह इस आदमी की शक्ल देख ली, अब तो मेरा काम होगा ही नहीं.... तो आप इसी विचार को इतनी बार सोचेंगे कि सच में फिर आपका काम नहीं होगा। ऐसे में आपका काम उस आदमी ने नहीं बल्कि आपके नकरात्मक विचारों ने बिगाड़ा है।

          माता-पिता अपने बच्चे को परीक्षा के पहले कहते हैं कि'बेस्ट ऑफ लक, भगवान करे कि पेपर अच्छा जाए।' और मन में सोचते हैं कि 'पता नहीं इसका पेपर कैसा जायेगा। साल भर तो इसने बिल्कुल पढ़ाई की ही नहीं। रात को भी फ़िल्म देखी। खराब नंबर आ गए तो?.... आदि।' इस तरह आपने बच्चे को दुआ नहीं दी। आपने बच्चे की तरफ नकारात्मक ऊर्जा भेजी। इस बात को भी याद रखें कि शब्दों की ताकत से विचारों की ताकत ज्यादा होती है। इसलिए हम क्या बोल रहे हैं, उससे कही ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि हम क्या सोच रहे हैं।

शिक्षा:- 

💐 इस बात को बहुत ध्यान रखें कि जो भी बोलें, जो भी सोचें, वह अच्छी बात ही हो। क्योंकि जो हम सोचते हैं, जो हम बोलते हैं, वह सच हो जाता है।

💐 एक बार आपने किसी को आशीर्वाद दे दिया, तो अब उस बारे में नकारात्मक न सोचें। खुद के शब्दों पर विश्वास रखें और केवल अच्छे विचार बनाएं।
