Rebuild the entire film.

We all repeat the events of the day in our minds at night. Of all the mistakes we repeat in this process, 80 percent of those things are those which hurt us. Someone spoke to us during the day, some incident happened, a quarrel took place and everyone repeats. We think the event and go through that pain again and again. It is called Jina in the past. Instead we should learn the art of living in the present. This is because there is no use in thinking of old things in the present. You now have no control over the past, nor can you improve it. You are crushing that wound again and again after the injury and relive that pain. It is better to remember the Sikhs taken from those things than to remember the old things.

          Do an exercise for this. When you sit at night, play the events of the day again in your mind. Keep the script, the artist, the background, the event all the same. Now choose only one artist in the whole film, and think whether this event Could I change a little bit? Whether the incident took place, the conversation or debate happened, I could rectify it. When you think from this perspective, you will understand that you did not perform well in this film. Even if the rest of the artists have spoken the dialog wrong. But if you wanted you could have made this film even better.

               The film would not have deteriorated if it had played its role wisely, but would have kept quiet at that time, and not given the opposite answer. Now make this film again and this time think of improving your performance. With this entire exercise, you must have learned where you made a mistake at that time. You must also know that the next time such a situation comes, how to behave, so that the film does not get spoiled. Now forget that incident and start a new day with the new Sikh.

हम सभी दिन भर की घटनाओं को रात में अपने दिमाग मे दोहराते हैं। इस प्रक्रिया में हम जितनी भी बक़तें दोहराते हैं, उनमें से 80 प्रतिशत बातें वे होती हैं, जो हमें चोट पहुंचाती हैं। किसी ने दिन में हमें कुछ बोल दिया, कोई घटना हो गयी, झगड़ा हो गया सब दोहराते हैं। हम घटना को सोचते हैं और उस दर्द से बार-बार गुजरते हैं। इसे भूतकाल में जिना कहते हैं। इसके बदले हमें वर्तमान में जीने की कला सीखनी चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि वर्तमान में पुरानी बातों को सोचने से कोई फायदा नहीं है। बीती हुई बातों पर आपका अब न तो कोई नियंत्रण है और न ही आप उसे सुधार सकते हैं। आप बस चोट लगने के बाद उस घाव को बार-बार कुरेद रहे होते हैं औऱ उस दर्द को फिर से जीते हैं। पुरानी बातें याद रखने से बेहतर यह है कि हम उन बातों से ली गई सिख को याद रखें।

          इसके लिए एक एक्सरसाइज करें। रात को जब आप बैठें, तो दिन भर की घटनाओं को दोबारा अपने दिमाग में प्ले करें।स्क्रिप्ट, कलाकार, बैकग्राउंड, घटना सब कुछ वही रखें।अब पूरी फिल्म में केवल एक कलाकार यानी कि खुद को चुनें और  सोचें कि क्या इस घटना को मेरे द्वारा थोड़ा बदल जा सकता था? क्या जो घटना घटी, बातचीत या बहस हुई, उसे मैं सुधार सकता था। जब आप इस नजरिये से सोचेंगे, तो आपको समझ आ जायेगा कि आपने इस फ़िल्म में अच्छा परफॉर्म नहीं किया। भले ही बाकी कलाकारों ने डायलॉग गलत बोल दिये हों। लेकिन आप चाहते तो इस फ़िल्म को और बेहतर बना सकते थे।

               यदि अपने समझदारी से अपना किरदार निभाया होता, उस वक़्त शांत रहते, उल्टा जबाब न देते, तो फ़िल्म इतनी नहीं बिगड़ती। अब आप इस फ़िल्म को दोबारा बनाएं और इस बार अपनी परफॉर्मेंस को बेहतर करने की सोचें। इस पूरे एक्सरसाइज से आप सिख चुके होंगे कि उस वक़्त आपने कहाँ गलती की थी। आप यह भी जान गए होंगे कि अगली बार जब ऐसी परिस्थिति आयेगी, तो आपको कैसे व्यवहार करना है, ताकि फ़िल्म न बिगड़े। अब उस घटना को भूलें और नयी सिख के साथ एक नए दिन की शुरुवात करें। 

शिक्षा:-

💐 यदि आपका भूतकाल दुःखों से भरा रहा है और आप बार-बार उसे याद करते हैं, तो आपका वर्तमान भी दुख से भर जाएगा। बेहतर है कि वर्तमान में जिएं।

💐 जब आप किसी व्यक्ति की सुबह की बात दोहराते हैं, तो आप उस बात में पिछली सारी बातें भी मिला लेतें हैं और छोटी बात को बड़ी बात बना लेते हैं।
