If not theory, your success is momentary.

We are all a diamond. Some shine less, some more. The thing that makes us shine like an immaculate diamond is principle. When people reach high positions, the principles help to keep them ahead. Often people feel that it is important to be smart, smart, cheat people, do 'politics' in some things, etc. in the cut throat competition, but in reality this is not true. The leader of every field, whom everyone praises, is always firm in his principles. This is the quality that takes him to the top. As soon as you discard the principles, the same kind of stain in your inner diamond. Today, if not today, this blot will be visible to the people. So we need to understand what is the correct definition of success?

        Steve Jobs' book The Journey is the Reward states that success does not mean results. Success means deciding the journey in which you believe. The real diamond is the person who goes on doing what he believes or says that he thinks is right. They do not care about the results on this path. Arindam Chaudhary writes in his book that people like Subhash Chandra Bose and Che Guevara never saw success, but that does not mean they were unsuccessful. What they trusted from within, they remained on that floor. Travel was the prize for him. For the man for whom the journey is the reward, whatever is gained after that is an additional benefit. In the same way, we can become spotless diamonds.

    Nelson Mandela can be called the human form of conflicts. He spent nearly three decades of his life behind bars. Faced many kinds of torture and hardships, yet did not fall from his principles. The same thing inspired the people around him, gave him strength and gave hope.

सिद्धांत नहीं, तो आपकी सफलता क्षणिक है।

हम सभी एक हीरा हैं। कोई कम चमकता है, तो कोई ज्यादा। जो चीज हमें बेदाग हीरा बनाकर चमकाती है, वह है सिद्धांत। जब लोग ऊंचे पदों पर पहुंचते हैं, तो सिद्धांत ही उन लोगों को आगे बनाये रखने में मदद करते हैं। अक्सर लोगों को लगता है कि गला काट स्पर्धा में स्मार्ट होना, चालाक होना, लोगों को चीट करना, कुछ बातों में 'राजनीति' करना आदि जरूरी है।लेकिन वास्तव में यह सच नहीं है। हर क्षेत्र का वह लीडर, जिसकी सभी तारीफ करते हैं, हमेशा अपने सिद्धांतों का पक्का होता है। यही वह गुण होता है, जो उसे शिखर तक ले जाता है। जैसे ही आप सिद्धांतो को त्याग देते हैं, वैसे ही आपके भीतर के हीरे में बड़ा धब्बा लग जाता है। आज नहीं तो कल यह धब्बा लोगों को दिख ही जायेगा। इसलिए हमें यह समझना जरूरी है कि सफलता की सही परिभाषा क्या है?

        स्टीव जॉब्स की किताब 'द जर्नी इज द रिवॉर्ड' कहती है कि सफलता का मतलब परिणाम नहीं होता। सफलता का मतलब होता है उस यात्रा को तय करना, जिसमें आप विश्वास करते हैं। असल हीरा वही इंसान होता है, जो वही करते जाता है, जिस पर वह यकीन करता है या कहें कि जिसे वह ठीक समझता है। वे इस रास्ते पर नतीजों की परवाह नहीं करते। अरिंदम चौधरी अपनी किताब में लिखते हैं कि सुभाषचंद्र बोस और चे ग्वेरा जैसे लोगों ने कभी सफलता का मुंह नहीं देखा, लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि वे असफल थे। उन्हें जिस बात पर भीतर से भरोसा था, वे उस मंजिल के रही बने। उनके लिए यात्रा ही पुरस्कार थी। वह आदमी जिसके लिए यात्रा ही इनाम है, उसके लिए उसके बाद जो भी हासिल होता है, वह अतिरिक्त लाभ है। इसी तरह हम बेदाग हीरा बन सकते हैं।

    नेल्सन मंडेला को संघर्षों का मानवीय रूप कहा जा सकता है। उन्होंने अपनी ज़िंदगी के तकरीबन तीन दशक जेल की सलाखों के पीछे काट दिये। कई तरह की यातनाओ और मुश्किलों का सामना किया, फिर भी अपने सिद्धांतों से नहीं डिगे। इसी चीज ने उनके आसपास के लोगों को प्रेरित किया, ताकत दी और आशाओं का संचार किया।

शिक्षा:-

💐 चाहे व्यक्ति हो या कंपनी, उसके अपने सिद्धांत होने चाहिए। कोई ब्रांड तब लोकप्रिय होता है, जब इसके पीछे बढ़ानेवालों का विश्वास जुड़ा होता है।

💐 कभी भी कितनी ही बड़ी मुसीबत क्यों न आ जाये, अपने सिद्धांतों से कभी भी नहीं डिगें। यही चीज आपको दुसरों से अलग खड़ा करती है।
