            आज यही स्थिति तकरीबन हर आफिस की है। सीनियर्स सोने के अंडे यानी ग्राहकों से रुपये निकलवाने के लिए अपनी मुर्गी यानी कर्मचारियों का भरपूर दोहन कर रहे हैं। ऐसे कई ऑफिस हैं, जहाँ ग्राहकों के बारे में तो खूब बातें होती हैं, लेकिन उन लोगों को अनदेखा किया जाता है, जो ग्राहकों से संपर्क करते हैं। साही तरीका यही है कि आप अपने कर्मचारियों के साथ भी वैसा ही व्यवहार करें, जैसा आप उनसे अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ ग्राहकों से करवाना चाहते हैं। वजह साफ है। आप किसी कर्मचारी के हाथ (हुनर) को तो खरीद सकते हैं, लेकिन उसका दिल नहीं खरीद सकते, जहाँ उसके उत्साह और वफादारी का निवास है। आप उसका समय खरीद सकते हैं, लेकिन उसका दिमाग नहीं खरीद सकते, जहाँ उसकी रचनात्मकता, बुद्धि और कुशलता का वास है.

                स्टीफन आर कवी की पुस्तक अति प्रभावशाली लोगों की सात आदतों के अनुसार यहां जान लेनेवाली बात सिर्फ इतनी-सी है कि आप अपने कर्मचारी को स्वेच्छा से काम करनेवाले स्वयंसेवक समझकर उनसे भी उसी तरह व्यवहार करें, जिस तरह आप ग्राहकों से करते हैं। ऐसा इसलिए, क्योंकि कर्मचारीअपने सर्वोत्तम हिस्सों यानी अपने दिल और दिमाग को अपनी इच्छा से आपकी सेवा में लगाते हैं। जब भी किसी कंपनी में अधिकारियों की मीटिंग होती है और कोई एक कहता है, कर्मचारी आलसी हो गये हैं, क्या किया जाए? तो सामने से जवाब आता है- 'नौकरी से तत्काल निकाल दो।' सोचनेवाली बात है, क्या हम यहीं जवाब ग्राहकों को देते हैं? क्यों हम उन्हें भी ऐसा नहीं कहते, 'सर, आपको समान खरीदना है तो खरीदें, वरना स्टोर से बाहर निकल जाएं।' आप कर्मचारियों को इसलिए कम सम्मान देते हैं, क्योंकि वे आपके यहाँ नौकरी करते हैं?

शिक्षा:-
