तुम्हें भी क्या करना है!!

नहीं अब तो कहीं बाहर  जाना ही नहीं है अभी एक दिन ही तो हुआ है ...मेरा नहीं पूरे कुल का नाम डुबो दिया किसी को मुंह दिखाने काबिल नहीं रह गया मैं सारा मोहल्ला थू थू कर रहा है

हजार बार समझाया था तुम्हें लड़की है लड़की जैसे ही रहने दो लड़का बनाने की कोशिश मत करो अरे हमारी किस्मत में बेटे का सुख विधाता ने लिखा ही नहीं है तो फिर सुख की  अपेक्षा क्यों!!अपनी किस्मत में यही बिगड़ैल लड़की लिखी है ...फूट गई थी मेरी किस्मत जब ये पैदा हुई थी ...तुम्हें याद है मैने तो पूरी बैंड पार्टी बुलाई थी कि बेटा ही पैदा होगा लेकिन आ गई ये...! पूरी बैंड पार्टी लौटा दिया था मैंने तत्काल।

सुरेश सिर धुनता अपनी पत्नी लेखा पर चीख रहा था।

मेरी बेटी ने कौन सा गलत काम कर दिया है जो आप इस तरह कोस रहे हैं उसे!!लेखा ने कड़ी आपत्ति जताई तो सुरेश फट पड़ा नही नही तुम्हारी लड़की ने कोई गलत काम नहीं किया गलती तो उन लड़कों की थी ना जो बस में उसके  साथ थे.. नहीं ..सारी गलती तो मेरी है जो मैने तुम्हारे उकसाने पर रूमा को घर के बाहर कदम निकालने दिया और फिर दूसरी गलती बस में अकेले आने जाने की छूट दे दी बस पंख निकल आए इसके तो अरे जाना ही है तो चुपचाप आना जाना करती रहो कोई कुछ भी करता रहे टांग अड़ाने की क्या जरूरत है वो लड़के हैं कुछ भी कर रहे थे करने दो तुम्हे भी क्या करना है!

किसी लड़की को छेड़ रहे थे तुम्हें तो नहीं...उसका दुपट्टा खींच दिया ...भद्दे कॉमेंट करने लगे .... बालों में गुलाब का फूल लगा दिया तो  लगाने दो ....

....बस में और भी तो ढेरो लोग थे जब किसी को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ रहा था तो तुम्हीं को रुस्तमे हिंद बनने की क्या सूझी अरे चुपचाप सीट पर बैठे रहना था वो लड़की क्या तुम्हारी बहन थी जो उसकी रक्षा के लिए लक्ष्मी बाई बन कर कूद पड़ीं अच्छी खासी अपनी सीट छोड़ कर उस लड़की को बिठा दिया और खुद खड़ी हो गईं लड़कों से भिड़ गई लडको को गुस्सा आना स्वाभाविक था तुमने खुद ही आ बैल मुझे मार कर दिया था देख लो क्या हालत बना कर आई अपनी .. सारा मोहल्ला बेवजह की बातें कर रहा है हंस रहा है इसके बारे में अरे लड़कियों की मर्यादा शांत रहने में ही है आजकल जमाना कितना खराब है कोई किसी के लफड़े में नहीं पड़ता

अब चुपचाप घर पर ही रह वो लड़के गुंडे हैं उनका पूरा गैंग होगा बाहर निकली तो खैर नहीं मैं अकेला किससे किससे निबटता फिरूंगा...रूमा को जोर से फटकार लगाते हुए सुरेश ने कमरे का दरवाजा बंद कर दिया था....तभी कॉल बेल बज उठी और साथ ही सुरेश का दिल किसी अनहोनी की आशंका से कांप उठा उसके पैर जम से गए ... लेखा ने आगे बढ़ कर दरवाजा खोला सामने पुलिस की वर्दी में दो जवान खड़े थे अब तो लेखा का दिल भी धड़क उठा," हे भगवान मेरी मासूम बच्ची की रक्षा करना" मन ही मन प्रार्थना कर उठी...!

क्या वो लड़की यहीं रहती है जिसके साथ कल बस वाली घटना हुई ..? वो पूछ रहे थे...जी ..जी हां क्यों क्या हुआ धड़कते दिल से पूछा था लेखा ने और सुरेश की तो मानो नब्ज़ जम गई थी

ये देना था कहते हुए एक कागज निकाल कर पुलिस वालों ने बढ़ाया

गिरफ्तारी वारंट !!सोच कर ही सुरेश की रूह कांप गई

क्या है ये??  लेखा ने कांपते हाथों से कागज थामते हुए पूछा

अकेले ही सरेआम उन बदमाश गुंडों का मुकाबला कर एक लड़की की इज्जत की रक्षा करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर वीरता पुरस्कार के लिए आपकी बहादुर  बेटी का चयन किया गया है ये उसीका राजकीय आमंत्रण पत्र है सैल्यूट मार कर वो चले गए थे।

मेरी बहादुर बेटी..!! इतना बड़ा राजकीय सम्मान !!पूरे देश में नाम हो गया मेरी तो नाक ऊंची कर दी  ... बेटों से बढ़कर है मेरी बेटी तूने तो मेरा नहीं मेरे पूरे कुल का नाम पूरे देश में ऊंचा कर दिया ..रोशन कर दिया.... तू तो वास्तव में रुस्तमे हिंद है ...सुरेश ने गर्व से कहते हुए रूमा को गले से लगा लिया था और लेखा गदगद दिल से ईश्वर को  बेटी की रक्षा और सम्मान  के लिए आभार दे रही थी।
