Oh damn, you had to do this work, then why were you so educated? Our desires were left behind, you drowned our name.
Girdhari used to stitch clothes in his locality shop. There was only one son, Anuj. Girdhari was in the lower middle class. He had thought that if he teaches his son, he will get a job and the family will get relief. He got Anuj graduated according to his status. For Girdhari, there was a lot of education up to graduation, he believed that his younger brother had only studied so much that he just got a job now.
The one whose world is from house to shop and from shop to house, what does he know about today's education, unemployment environment? But Anuj, realizing the reality, decided to expand his father's tailoring work in a new form.
Anuj contacted one or two companies of readymade garments and took small orders from them for trial. The textile company itself gave it. When he came to his shop for tailoring, his father got angry, he felt like his educated son doing tailor work, drowning his name.
Anuj explained to his father that Babuji, if he is not getting a job then what is the harm in doing his work? Babuji, if we complete these orders on time, then the way will open for us to get bigger orders. Babuji help me, I will not let you down. Girdhari fulfilled Anuj's order by beating his heart.
The director of the company was very pleased with the clean work, the work done before time and this time gave a bigger order to Anuj. The problem was staff and machines. Anuj also bought machines by taking loan under Pradhan Mantri Berojgar Yojana and also took another shop equal to his on rent. The artisans also increased. Anuj started carrying forward his ancestral business in a modern way. Anuj has made it his specialty to fulfill the orders of the company as per his wish, right and at the right time.
Slowly, Anuj's hard work started paying off. Now he had also registered his own factory of readymade garments. The income of the family also started increasing quadruple day and night. Now Girdhari did not have to spend day and night in front of the machine in the shop. Girdhari now often says that Anuj has only lit the lights in his house.
गिरधारी का सूरज।
अरे कमबख्त, तुझे ये ही काम करना था तो फिर इतना पढ़ा लिखा ही क्यूँ था? हमारे अरमान तो धरे के धरे रह गये, नाम डूबा दिया तूने।
गिरधारी अपने मुहल्ले की दुकान में कपड़े सिलाई का कार्य करता था।एक ही बेटा था अनुज। गिरधारी निम्न मध्यम श्रेणी में था। उसने सोचा था बेटे को पढ़ा दूँ तो नौकरी करेगा तो परिवार को राहत मिलेगी। अपनी औकात के अनुसार अनुज को उसने ग्रेजुएट करा दिया। गिरधारी के लिये ग्रेजुएट तक की शिक्षा बहुत थी, उसका मानना था कि बस अपने अनुज ने इतना पढ़ लिया है तो बस नौकरी अब लगी, अब लगी।
घर से दुकान और दुकान से घर तक जिसकी दुनिया हो उसे आज की शिक्षा, बेरोजगारी वातावरण का क्या पता? पर अनुज ने वास्तविकता पहचान अपने पिता के दर्जी के काम को ही नये रूप में बढ़ाने का निश्चय किया।
अनुज ने रेडीमेड कपडो की एक दो कम्पनी से संपर्क करके उनसे ट्रायल के लिये छोटे आर्डर लिये। कपड़ा कंपनी ने ही दे दिया। सिलाई वास्ते वो अपनी दुकान पर आया तो उसके पिता भड़क गये, उन्हें पढ़े लिखे बेटे का दर्जी का काम करना, अपना नाम डुबाना लग रहा था।
अनुज ने अपने पिता को समझाया कि बाबूजी नौकरी मिल नही रही तो अपने काम करने में क्या हर्ज है? बाबूजी यदि हमने ये आर्डर समय पर पूरे करके दे दिये तो हमे बडे आर्डर मिलने का मार्ग खुल जायेगा। बाबूजी मेरी सहायता करो, मैं आपको निराश नही करूँगा। मन मार कर गिरधारी ने अनुज के आर्डर को पूरा कर दिया।
सफाई से काम, समय से पूर्व काम से कंपनी के डायरेक्टर काफी प्रसन्न हुए और अबकी बार अनुज को पहले से बड़ा आर्डर दे दिया। समस्या थी स्टाफ और मशीनों की। अनुज ने प्रधानमंत्री बेरोजगार योजना के अन्तर्गत ऋण लेकर मशीनें भी खरीद ली तथा अपनी बराबर वाली एक और दुकान भी किराये पर ले ली। कारीगर भी बढ़ा लिये। अनुज ने अपने इसी पैतृक व्यवसाय को आधुनिक रूप में आगे बढ़ाना प्रारम्भ कर दिया। कंपनी के मनमुताबिक, सही और सही समय पर आर्डर पूरा करना अनुज ने अपनी विशेषता बना ली।
धीरे धीरे अनुज की मेहनत रंग लाने लगी। अब उसने अपनी भी रेडीमेड कपडो की एक फैक्ट्री रजिस्टर्ड करा ली थी।परिवार की आय भी दिन दूनी रात चौगनी बढ़ने लगी थी। गिरधारी को अब दुकान में मशीन के सामने रात दिन खटना नही पड़ता था। गिरधारी अब अक्सर कहता अनुज ने तो अपने घर मे रोशनी ही रोशनी कर दी है।
