                                                          A funny story

 Once a person bought a unique dog. The specialty of that dog was that he could walk on water. He thought why not show it to my friend. He called his friend home and hunted a duck swimming in the water in front of him. The duck lay in the water. The person asked his dog to bring the duck. The dog walked on the water and lifted the duck. The person thought that his friend would praise his dog, but the friend said nothing. The person could not stand, he asked the friend, 'Did you notice anything special in my dog?' The friend said, 'Yes, your dog cannot swim in water.'

            This story tells us that people who are at a disadvantage can be at fault in everything. The job of these people is to pick up the negative aspect in everything. These people can weaken the enthusiasm of anyone with the habit of removing their noses. In other words, we can call such people as 'energy sufferers'. They are professional critics. They remove deficiencies in everything, as if they are participating in a competition to remove mistakes and they are going to win as many prizes in this competition. They go to the wedding of the people, eat full stomach and go out saying that there was less salt in the food. These people also make deficiencies in their colleagues, employees, bosses in the office. Such people should learn from Andrew Carnegie.

            There was a time with Andrew, who became the owner of the largest steel making company in America, when 43 millionaires worked with him. Once someone asked them - how do you treat people? He replied - dealing with people is very much like digging gold. We have to remove many tan soils to extract a weighed gold, but while digging, our focus is not on the soil, but on the gold. What is our motive? Finding the gold hidden deep in the ground.

                                                       एक मजेदार कहानी

 एक बार एक व्यक्ति ने एक अनोखा कुत्ता खरीदा। उस कुत्ते की खासियत थी कि वह पानी पर चल सकता था। उसने सोचा कि क्यों न इसे अपने दोस्त को दिखाऊं। उसने अपने दोस्त को घर पर बुलाया और उसके सामने पानी में तैर रहे बतख का शिकार किया। बतख पानी में पड़ा रहा। व्यक्ति ने अपने कुत्ते से कहा कि बतख को उठा लाओ। कुत्ता पानी पर चल कर बतख को उठा लाया। व्यक्ति ने सोचा कि उसका दोस्त उसके कुत्ते की तारीफ करेगा, लेकिन दोस्त कुछ न बोला। व्यक्ति से रहा न गया, उसने दोस्त से पूछा,'तुम्हें मेरे कुत्ते में कोई खास बात दिखी?' दोस्त बोला, 'हाँ, तुम्हारा कुत्ता पानी में तैर नहीं सकता।'

            यह कहानी हमें बताती है कि नुक्स निकलनेवाले लोग हर चीज में नुक्स निकाल सकते हैं। इन लोगों का काम ही होता है हर चीज में नकारात्मक पहलू को उठा लेना। ये लोग किसी के भी जोश को अपनी नुक्स निकालने की आदत से कमजोर कर सकते हैं। ऐसे लोगों को हम दूसरे शब्दों में 'एनर्जी सकर' यानी ऊर्जा को चूसनेवाला कह सकते हैं। ये पेशेवर आलोचक हैं। ये हर चीज में इस तरह कमियां निकालते हैं, मानो वे गलतियां निकालने की प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले रहे हैं और उन्हें इस प्रतियोगिता में जितने पर पुरस्कार मिलने वाला है। ये लोगों की शादी में जाते हैं, भर पेट खाना खाते हैं और बाहर निकलते हुए कहते हैं कि खाने में नमक कम था। ये लोग ऑफिस में भी अपने साथियों, कर्मचारियों, बॉस में कमियां निकालते हैं। ऐसे लोगों को एंड्रयू कार्नेगी से सीख लेनी चाहिए।

            अमेरिका में स्टील बनाने वाली सबसे बड़ी कंपनी के मालिक बने एंड्रयू के साथ एक वक़्त ऐसा भी आया, जब उनके साथ 43 करोड़पति काम करते थे। एक बार किसी ने उनसे पूछा- आप लोगों से कैसे पेश आते हैं? उन्होंने जवाब दिया- लोगों से पेश आना, काफी हद तक सोने की खुदाई करने जैसा ही है। हमको एक तोला सोना निकालने के लिए कई तन मिट्टी हटानी पड़ती है, लेकिन खुदाई करते वक़्त हमारा ध्यान मिट्टी पर नहीं, बल्कि सोने पर रहता है। हमारा मकसद क्या है? जमीन में गहरे छुपे सोने को तलाशना।

शिक्षा:-

💐 हो सकता है कि किसी इंसान या हालात में कोई अच्छी बात साफ तौर पर दिखाई न दे रही हो, ऐसी हालत में हमें उसे गहरायी में तलाशना होगा।

💐 हर चीज में कमियां निकालना बंद करें। हर घटना के दो पहलू होते हैं। एक अच्छा और एक बुरा। आपको सफल होना है, तो केवल अच्छा पहलू चुनें।
