Stop justifying the mistake.

We spend the whole life justifying our reaction. We continue to prove that what we are doing or what we have done is right and what is being done is wrong. What he has done is utterly wrong. This is the reason why we are not able to change ourselves. The child accidentally breaks something in the house and we get angry and beat him up. To justify his own reaction, he says, 'I don't get angry, that kid made me angry.' We always try to prove that my reaction was natural. When we have a quarrel with our mother-in-law, we seek out people who will listen to us and justify us. If the person in front said, 'You are absolutely right, it was the mother-in-law's fault', then we start treating her as our sympathizer and close, but if the person in front said, 'mother-in-law was absolutely right, you were wrong', So the bombs rain on it. Always remember this. You cannot change until you stop justifying any of your action-reactions.

                        Your doctor has said that smoking cigarettes is not good for your health. You do not smoke cigarettes for a few days, but one day someone sees you smoking cigarettes. He asks if the doctor has forbidden you from smoking cigarettes, then why are you drinking? You reply, 'I just smoked a cigarette. Without that, I could not feel my work, I was not getting ideas, I was having headaches, so had to drink. ' You have found a way to justify your act of smoking cigarettes, now you will never quit cigarettes. Someone has told the truth, we all know why we have to do something, how to do it, what will be the benefit of doing it. All these things are not possible because we do not want to do those things with our heart. We find excuses not to do it. They justify themselves. Stop justifying yourself.

गलती को जस्टिफाई करना बंद करें।

हम पूरी ज़िंदगी अपनी क्रिया-प्रतिक्रिया को उचित ठहराने में ही बिता देते हैं। हम यही बात साबित करने में लगे रहते हैं कि हम जो कर रहे हैं या जो हमने किया है, वही सही है और सामनेवाला जो कर रहा है वह गलत है। उसने जो किया है वह सरासर गलत है। यही वजह है कि हम खुद को बदल नहीं पा रहे हैं। बच्चा घर का कोई सामान गलती से तोड़ देता है और हम गुस्सा होकर उसे पीट देते हैं। खुद की प्रतिक्रिया को उचित ठहराने के लिए यह कहते हैं कि, 'मैं गुस्सा नहीं होता, वो तो बच्चे ने मुझे गुस्सा दिला दिया।' हम हमेशा यह साबित करने की कोशिश करते हैं कि मेरी प्रतिक्रिया तो स्वाभाविक थी। जब हमारा अपनी सास से झगड़ा हो जाता है, तो  हम बाहर ऐसे लोगों को तलाशते हैं, जो हमारी बात सुने और हमें सही ठहराये। यदि सामनेवाले ने कहा कि, 'तुम बिल्कुल सही हो, सास की ही गलती थी' , तो हम उसे अपना हमदर्द और करीबी मानने लगते हैं, लेकिन अगर सामनेवाले ने कह दिया कि, 'सास बिल्कुल सही थी, तुम ही गलत थे' ,तो बम उस पर बरस पड़ते हैं। यह हमेशा याद रखें। जब तक आप अपनी किसी क्रिया-प्रतिक्रिया को उचित ठहराना बंद नहीं करेंगे, तब तक आप बदल नहीं सकते।

                        आपको डॉक्टर ने कहा है कि सिगरेट पीना आपके स्वास्थ्य के लिए ठीक नहीं है। आप कुछ दिनों तक सिगरेट नहीं पीते, लेकिन एक दिन कोई आपको सिगरेट पीते देख लेता है। वह पूछता है कि आपको तो डॉक्टर ने सिगरेट पीने से मना किया है, फिर आप क्यों पी रहे हैं? आप जवाब देते हैं, 'मैंने सिर्फ एक सिगरेट पी है। उसके बिना मेरा काम में मन ही नहीं लग रहा था, आईडिया ही नहीं आ रहे थे, सिर में दर्द हो रहा था, इसलिए पीनी पड़ी।' आपने सिगरेट पीने के अपने कार्य को उचित ठहराने का तरीका तलाश लिया, अब आप कभी सिगरेट नहीं छोड़ पायेंगे। किसी ने सच ही कहा है, हम सभी को यह पता है कि कोई चीज हमें क्यों करनी है, कैसे करनी है, इसके करने से फायदा क्या होगा। बस ये सभी चीजें इसलिए नहीं हो पाती, क्योंकि हम वो चीज दिल से करना ही नहीं चाहते। हम उसे न करने के बहाने तलाश लेते हैं। खुद की बात को जस्टिफाई कर लेते हैं। खुद को जस्टिफाई करना बंद करें।

शिक्षा:- 

💐 उन लोगों को तलाशना बंद करें, जो आपकी बात को हमेशा सही ठहराते हों। उन लोगों को तलाशें, जो सच का साथ दें। भले ही आप रूठ हि जायें।

💐स्टॉप जस्टिफिकेशन। खुद को सही और दूसरों को गलत ठहराना बंद करें। जब भी गुस्सा आये, खुद को बोलने से रोकें। स्थिति को पहले समझें।
