              Actually, before marriage every person creates an image in the mind that my husband should be like this, my wife should be like this. After a few years of marriage we create another image of that human in mind. We also make this image based on what we think about that person. Now we have two images in front of us. One is the image as we wanted to get that person and the other one, as we currently think of that person.

          In such a situation when two images come before us, we try to do both. We want the front to be like my first image. We interrupt him again and again, trying to improve him. If we do this, then we lose respect for the person who is the most important thing in the relationship. In a way, we place a bet before the front that if you change, then I will respect you. If you do not change according to me, I will not respect you. There is only one way of escape from this. Remove the image that you made before marriage. Because perfect image is difficult to get.

                  Do an exercise to strengthen the relationship. Write your partner's characteristics on paper. Keep in mind that you do not have to write their skills like good painter, intelligent, good looking, bank balance, car etc. In this, you have to write their nature, inner qualities. When you have made this list, you will be surprised that there were so many features in the front that you did not see. You only saw evil. Now keep this list and watch it again and again. It will help you to honor that person. This respect will save your relationship.

              दरअसल, शादी के पहले हर इंसान दिमाग में एक छवि बनाता है कि मेरा पति ऐसा होना चाहिए, मेरी पत्नी ऐसी होनी चाहिए। शादी के कुछ वर्षों बाद हम दिमाग में उस इंसान की एक और छवि बनाते हैं। यह छवि भी हम इस आधार पर बनाते हैं कि हम उस इंसान के बारे में क्या सोचते हैं। अब हमारे सामने दो छवियाँ हैं। एक वह छवि, जैसा हम उस इंसान को पाना चाहते थे और दूसरी वह, जैसा वर्तमान में हम उस इंसान के बारे में सोचते हैं।

          ऐसी स्थिति में जब हमारे सामने दो छवियाँ आ जाती हैं, हम दोनों को एक करने की कोशिश करते हैं। हम चाहते हैं कि सामनेवाला मेरी पहली वाली छवि जैसा हो जाए। हम उसे बार-बार टोकते हैं, उसे सुधारने की कोशिश करते हैं। इब हम ऐसा करते हैं, तो हम उस इंसान के प्रति सम्मान खो देते हैं, जो संबंधों में सबसे जरूरी चीज है। हम एक तरह से सामनेवाले के समक्ष शर्त रखते हैं कि आप बदल जाओ, तो मैं आपको सम्मान दूंगी। आप मेरे मुताबिक नहीं बदले, तो मैं सम्मान नहीं करूंगी। इससे बचने का एक ही तरीका है। उस छवि को तो हटा दें, जो आपने शादी के पहले बनायी थी। क्योंकि परफेक्ट छवि पाना मुश्किल है।

                  रिश्ते को मजबूत करने के लिए एक एक्सरसाइज करें। अपने पार्टनर की विशेषताओं को कागज पर लिखें। ध्यान रहे कि इसमें आपको उनका कौशल जैसे अच्छे चित्रकार, इंटेलिजेंट, गुड लुकिंग, बैंक बैलेंस, कार आदि नहीं लिखना है।इसमें आपको उनके स्वभाव, अंदरूनी खूबियों को लिखना है। जब आप यह लिस्ट बना लेंगे, तो आपको आश्चर्य होगा कि सामनेवाले में इतनी खूबियां थी, जो आपने देखी ही नहीं। आपने केवल बुराई देखी। अब आप इस लिस्ट को संभाल कर रखें और बार-बार इसे देखा करें। यह आपको उस इंसान को सम्मान देने में मदद करेगी। यह सम्मान ही आपके रिश्ते को बचायेगा।

💐 सामनेवाले को टोकना बंद करें। टोकने का मतलब होता है कि आप न केवल उसकी हरकतों को नापसंद करते हैं, बल्कि आप उसे रिजेक्ट भी करते हैं।

💐 जब आप लोगों में कमियां निकालते हैं, सामनेवाला उस इंसान के पास चला जाता है, जो उसको उसी रूप में अपनाये, जैसा कि वह है।
