भरोसे को लेकर तरह-तरह की बातें हम करते हैं। जैसे- 'आजकल कोई भी व्यक्ति भरोसे लायक नहीं बचा', 'किसी पर भी आँख मूंद कर भरोसा मत किया करो, वह तुम्हें धोखा दे सकता है।' यानी भरोसा नाम की चीज तो गायब ही हो गयी है। एक ऐसी चीज जो हर रिश्ते में सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है। हम सभी पूरा दिन एक प्रैक्टिस करें। हम नोट करें कि ऐसी परिस्थितियां कितनी बार आती हैं कि हम सोचते कुछ और हैं और बोलते कुछ और हैं। आपको पता चलेगा कि आप हज़ार बार ऐसा करते हैं। कोई ऐसा व्यक्ति आपको मिल जाता है, जो आपको पसंद नहीं। लेकिन आप उसके गले लगते हैं और कहते हैं कि तुमसे मिलकर मैं बहुत खुश हूं। आपकी पत्नी पूछती है कि खाना कैसा बना? आपको बिल्कुल पसंद नहीं आया है, लेकिन आप फिर भी कहते हैं कि बहुत स्वादिष्ट बना है।

        आप कहेंगे कि मैंने ऐसा इसलिए कहा, क्योंकि सामनेवाले को कोई दुःख न पहुंचे। लेकिन यहीं से भरोसे की दीवार में दरार आना शुरू हो जाती है।

         रिश्ता तभी मजबूत होगा, जब आपके विचार और आपकी बातों में अंतर बिल्कुल भी नहीं होगा। उदाहरण, पति ऑफिस के बाद दोस्तों के साथ घूमने चले गये। पत्नी ने पूछा कि देर क्यों हो गयी, तो पति बोले कि ऑफिस में बहुत काम था। आप कहेंगे कि मैंने झूठ बोला, ताकि पत्नी को बुरा न लगे। लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि इस तरह आप रिश्ते को कमजोर कर रहे हैं। सच बोल देते तो क्या हो जाता? पत्नी नाराज़ होती और आप उन्हें मना लेते। लेकिन पत्नी को भरोसा हो जाता कि आप उन्हें हर चीज बताते हैं।

             यहाँ दूसरे पक्ष को भी सामनेवाले इंसान को सकारात्मक ऊर्जा देनी होगी, ताकि वह हर बार आपको हर चीज बताये। यहां अगर पति ने सच बताया और पत्नी हँस कर कहे कि कोई बात नहीं, तो रिश्ता मधुर हो जाएगा। वहीं अगर पत्नी बिफर पड़े कि, 'मैं यहाँ इंतजार कर रही थी और तुम घूम रहे थे। किसके साथ गये थे? कोई लड़की तो नहीं थी..... 'यकीन मानिए, तब आपके पति आपको कभी सच नहीं बतायेंगे, रिश्ता बिगड़ता ही जायेगा।

💐 जब आप भरोसा कर लेते हैं, तो आप फालतू विचार भी छोड़ देते हैं। जीवन आसान हो जाता है। आप हमेशा तनाव में नहीं रहते कि ये धोखेबाज है।

💐 जो आपके दिमाग में है, वही आप बोलने की आदत डालें। लोगों को थोड़ी देर के लिए बुरा लगेगा, लेकिन उन्हें यक़ीन होगा कि आप सिर्फ सच बोलते हैं।
