जान-बूझ कर खराब काम न करें।

सुशील अपने ऑफिस में सालों से एक ही काम कर रहा है। उसे अपने काम के अलावा अन्य कामों की भी अच्छी जानकारी है, ये सभी सीनियर्स जानते हैं। एक नये प्रोजेक्ट के लिए एक सीनियर ने उसे केबिन में बुलाया और कहा, 'कंपनी यह नया प्रोजेक्ट शुरू कर रही है। हम चाहते हैं कि आप इसकी प्लानिंग करें। एक प्रेजेंटेशन बनाएं। तीन दिन बाद हम फिर मिलेंगे।' सुशील अपनी जगह पर आ कर बैठ गया। उसके साथी ने उससे पूछा, तो सुशील बोला, 'कुछ नहीं यार, एक नया काम मेरे सिर पर डाल दिया है। रुटीन काम करते हुए अब मुझे एक प्रेजेंटेशन बना कर दिखाना है।' साथी ने कहा, 'ये तो अच्छी बात है। अगर तुम्हारा प्रेजेंटेशन उन्हें पसंद आ गया, तो हो सकता है कि यह नयी जिम्मेवारी तुम्हें मिल जाये।' सुशील बोला, 'मैं कोई नयी जिम्मेवारी फालतू में अपने सिर पर नहीं लेना चाहता। जो ककम कर रहा हूँ, वो क्या कम है? मैं तो जैसे-तैसे प्रेजेंटेशन बना कर दे दूंगा। उन्हें पसंद आये, तो ठीक। वरना किसी और से करवा लें।' सुशील ने जैसा कहा था, बिल्कुल वैसा ही किया। बहुत चलताऊ तरीके से उसने प्रेजेंटेशन तैयार किया। सीनियर्स को वह पसंद नहीं आया। उन्होंने अब प्रेजेंटेशन बHनाने की जिम्मेवारी सुशील के साथी को दे दी। उसने बड़ी गंभीरता से कई दिनों तक देर रात ऑफिस में रुक कर वह प्रेजेंटेशन बनाया। सीनियर्स को वह पसंद आ गया। बॉस ने उसे पुरानी जिम्मेवारियों से मुक्त कर इस नये प्रोजेक्ट का इंचार्ज बना दिया। अब सुशील का साथी अपने बॉस के साथ एक शहर से दूसरे शहर जाता है, प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहा है। बॉस से उसकी अच्छी मित्रता भी हो गयी है। सुशील अभी भी पुराना काम कर रहा है।

          दोस्तों, ऐसे कई लोग हैं, जो नयी जिम्मेवारी लेना नहीं चाहते। कोई भी काम उनको सिनियर देते हैं, तो वे बहाना बनाने लगते हैं। अगर उन्हें काम जबरदस्ती सौंपा जाये, तो वे उस काम को बहुत ही खराब तरीक़े से करते हैं, ताकि अगली बार उन्हें काम न मिले। उन्हें लगता है कि वे बहुत चालाक हैं, लेकिन सच तो यह है कि वे अपने पैरों पर कुल्हाड़ी मार रहे हैं।

शिक्षा:-

💐 अगर आप अपनी जिम्मेवारी ठीक से नहीं निभायेंगे अतिरिक्त काम को कर के नहीं दिखायेंगे, तो फिर सीनियर्स का भरोसा आप खो देंगे।

💐 हमेशा आगे बढ़ कर नयी जिम्मेवारियों को लें। उसमें जी-जान लगा दें और बेस्ट आउटपुट दें। यही आगे बढ़ने का सही तरीका है।
