The good thing is that if you are not in the city for two months, then they will take 10 rupees from you instead of 12 months. Dr. Aggarwal says that in all these years, it has never happened that lunch time has started and the container has not arrived. Every dabbawala in this company takes responsibility for transporting 40 tiffins. 50 percent of the employees are illiterate, but still keep 40 home addresses and 40 office addresses in their mind.
